It features an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant. Thank you to the whole family for making our stay a unique and wonderful one. David could not do enough for us. We loved Maria, such a lovely lady. Miguel, the owner, host and chef is a warm, generous man. The girls were also lovely, ensuring our enjoyment, comfort and safety (my husband is disabled and I have some current injuries that affect my mobility). Evenings with a delicious meal and good wines/ports from the estate were unique. There a are so few places that offer the opportunity to sit at a large family table and talk with your fellow travellers from all over the world while enjoying home cooked goodness. The views of the Douro from high on the mountain top were stunning. Thank you everyone for a most wonderful stay. This family understands hospitality in a big way and I highly recommend a visit if in the alto Douro.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The property has a year-round outdoor pool, fitness room, public bath and garden. Beautiful view of the vineyards below. The swimming pool was a plus as it was such a hot afternoon. Great food in the restaurant.

This farm stay features a heated pool, a garden and free private parking. The farm stay has family rooms. Breakfast was plenty and healthy. The estate is beautifully managed, maintained, the view is incredible.

This farm stay has a pool with a view, a garden and free private parking. The accommodation offers luggage storage space and a housekeeping service for guests. Everything was perfect! A charming property with lovely history. The room was comfortable and spacious, the grounds were surrounded by beautiful vineyards, the pool has a stunning view over the many vineyard covered rolling hills. The staff were extremely helpful with any and everything - reservations, recommendations, wineries to visit, taxis, etc. The service was above and beyond! We really enjoyed having a bottle of wine and charcuterie board while relaxing by the pool. The breakfast was also very delicious and beautifully set up. It was an absolutely perfect stay, and my husband and I can’t wait to return!

The holiday home with a balcony and river views features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a bidet. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. The accommodation offers a fireplace. Awesome view, friendly local vibe, property was super clean. Great recommendation from the owner on a tour guide.

The area is popular for hiking and walking tours, and bike hire is available at Quinta de Travassinhos- Douro Valley & Spa. The farm stay also features outdoor fireplace and a picnic area for a day out in the open. Thus was an absolute gem. Set in Vila Nova de Foz Coa and only 18 km from Longroiva Hot Springs, Eira da Fraga offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. With pool views, this accommodation features a swimming pool. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. We loved everything about staying here, the breakfasts, the pool, the beautiful building and decorations but most of all the location being so remote and peaceful. We would definitely recommend staying here and would have liked to stay longer.

At the country house, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. We were on our way from Northern Portugal to Madrid Spain, and found this place on the way. So that was a considered as a place for an overnight only. The owner was very welcoming, need to use google translate, as Portuguese is the only language... She also runs a small cafe shop, just across the street. There is a large swimming pool - it was too cold for us, but if you arrive in hot days, it looks great.
