It has private beach beds on almost empty beach strip, still there are some chill beach bars in vicinity. Store and pharmacy are both close. Ideal for families with young kids, since it is run by wonderful, young family. Room is basic, but nice, cosy and clean, bed is super comfy and bathroom is impeccable. It has A/C and ceiling ventilator, plus nice lights arrangement and paintings. Facility has its restaurant with sympathic, great chef, who cooks and serves delicious Srilankan cuisine and also some western dishes. Fresh juices are heavenly. Would absolutely recommend, for calm and authentic atmosphere.

When you arrive you get directly a cold welcome drink. Guruge makes your stay comfortable and is willing to do everything for that. It is a lovely man who's making you a nice tea and food just for free. I booked for two nights and stayed up for more than a week. His garden is lovely with many animals and birds just over the place giving you a smile on your face. He explains to you which plants he has in his garden and even lets you try a few of them. His kitchen you can use to make some nice and healthy meals. I have many things to say but it was just an awesome place. Beach supermarket restaurant local and touristic not too far away from a walking distance. Thank you for this awesome week!

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property has a 24-hour front desk, a restaurant with an outdoor dining area. Ac works good, nice bed, view on the beach, nice owner, great breakfast. Truly enjoyed and recommend. Villa is 30m from the beach, no people, you feel like you and 5 people stuff just for you!

I had a beautiful room with an outdoor shower which I loved. The garden is a real oasis with interesting wildlife to spot and it was really relaxing to spend some time by the pool before walking down to the beach. The garden here is really special and the architecture of the building is beautiful. The staff were super attentive.

Comfortable room. Authentic location outside fort area but only a few minutes walk. Welcoming and friendly staff. Loved the cats. Breakfast and coffee delicious. Very pleasant stay. Wrap around balcony, though at the time too hot to sit out on.

À la carte and continental breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and fruits are available each morning at the guest house. Nice and authentic accomodation with amazing location, just in the heart of the fort, with great access to all sights, restaurants, souvenir shops. We had to leave early in the morning in order to catch our flight, but Samantha and the staff were really kind, and prepared us some take away breakfast. Furthermore they also helped us with our laundry, which took for less than half a day. Their hospitality was amazing.
