We had an amazing stay at this homestay with a wonderful Japanese host. The room was spotlessly clean, and the landlady went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She cooked us a delicious breakfast, took me to a supermarket, and even dropped us off at the train station. Her kindness and hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience in Japan!

I had a very lovely stay in Sanga Nikko. It is conveniently located not far from the train station, it's spacious, has A/C and good water pressure in the shower, and the shared living spaces (kitchen, living room) were wonderful. The owner, Yoshi, was very friendly and gave me a lot of good information about the area. Loved my stay, would book again if back in Nikko.

This guesthouse was immaculate, with charming little decorative touches. Lovely and serene location, with perhaps an 8 minute walk to bus stop. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Toshogu Shrine is stunning, but also see the waterfalls if you can! Great value. We will be back!

The hosts are absolutely awesome! First thing in the evening he took us in his car and drove us to the nearest onsen, then took us back afterwards. They are sincerely trying to help anybody who needs advice about local sights, restaurants and facilities. I got recommended an awesome walk without many people with beautiful spot at the end. For sleeping there are 2 separate rooms in classic Japanese style with tatami + futon and 2 dorms with bunk beds. Facilities squeaky clean. We had a lot of fun meeting all downstairs in the common area in the evening. Highly recommend to anyone not fussy. It was an absolute blast and would definitely stay again!
