Housed in a building dating from 19th century, this bed and breakfast is 19 km from Ipswich Station and 22 km from IP-City Centre - Conference Venue. Framlingham Castle is 39 km from the bed and breakfast and Colchester Castle is 48 km away. The place was super clean, beautifully furnished and very cosy. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and the property is situated in a very nice and convenient part of town. The property has shared bathrooms, but that was no bother at all and it almost felt like we had it all to ourselves.
Mildenhall

The most wonderful garden available for guests hosts very welcoming.

It’s a house with rooms with codes for the rooms but just walking into the front door felt warm and welcoming.

Lovely accommodation in village. Co-op near by. Hosts very welcoming and provided fresh mil for coffee. Also did breakfast half an hour early for us, as travelling for work. Lovely evening meal.

This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 26 km from Bungay Castle and 29 km from Saint Botolph's Burgh. The accommodation provides a housekeeping service and bicycle parking for guests. We enjoyed our super stay at Copperbeech and can't wait to return and have another delightful breakfast. Definitely ten out of ten!

Luxury b and b at very reasonable rates. Great location for beach and town. Mark and Derek are great hosts and really make guests welcome and provide everything to make your stay enjoyable.
Lovely house, well equipped and modernised. Comfortable and clean. Luxury of having 2 ensuite bedrooms! Great location, just 5 min walk from the centre of town, but on a quiet street. Host Kathryn was helpful, there were a few niggles and she did her best to sort them out.

Welcoming, tastefully furnished, quiet hotel in an excellent location within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the city centre. Excellent breakfast served by friendly staff. Good to have parking. Will happily stay there again.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was outstanding. We had both breakfast and dinner and everything was superb! It's a great location, just off the main road but very quiet and private.
Perfect in every way. Great location, lovely quiet private garden. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Amazing decor, beautifully created space. Had everything I needed, very comfortable and a tasty breakfast basket was included. Would highly recommend.
