Lee was extremely helpful and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more. The house was clean,secure and well managed. The room was perfect with everything needed for an over-nighter. The bathroom was clean and tidy and well stocked. Perfect.

Situated in Newmarket and only 22 km from The Apex, 72 Ashley Road features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property is around 24 km from University of Cambridge, 24 km from Ickworth House and 34 km from Audley End House. Cambridge Train Station is 24 km from the bed and breakfast and Gog Magog Golf Club is 25 km away. Room was very modern, clean, warm with nice en suite shower room. Bed very comfortable and TV was nice to watch the rugby World Cup. Nice natural shampoos and body washes. Easy to come and go with front door key. Big modern kitchen with slider doors to garden. Nice breakfast with fruit option. Vanessa the host friendly and helpful.

Lovely accommodation in village. Co-op near by. Hosts very welcoming and provided fresh mil for coffee. Also did breakfast half an hour early for us, as travelling for work. Lovely evening meal.

Luxury b and b at very reasonable rates. Great location for beach and town. Mark and Derek are great hosts and really make guests welcome and provide everything to make your stay enjoyable.
Lovely house, well equipped and modernised. Comfortable and clean. Luxury of having 2 ensuite bedrooms! Great location, just 5 min walk from the centre of town, but on a quiet street. Host Kathryn was helpful, there were a few niggles and she did her best to sort them out.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was outstanding. We had both breakfast and dinner and everything was superb! It's a great location, just off the main road but very quiet and private.

Great location, lovely site, and some beautiful sunsets in this quiet corner of Suffolk. Steve and Carol are happy and helpful hosts, on hand if needed, and Clare is a charming village with just about everything you need. The pods are clean and cosy, and the ducks and geese wandering about made the trip.
