Lovely two room suite and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very tasty and our host was friendly and helpful. This is B'n'B as it should be.

From before we arrived, I knew our stay was going to be wonderful. Vanessa messaged to confirm our arrival time and checked it on the day of arrival to ensure nothing had changed. We were travelling with my disabled father in law and Vanessa made the whole stay such an easy and stressless one. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and his needs were met. Breakfasts were great and served in the conservatory. Steve and Vanessa are marvellous hosts and if we are ever over again they would be our first choice of where to stop, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Steve and Vanessa xx

Gorgeous location in a quiet Suffolk Village. The building was beautiful and ideally decorated. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good (we were meeting friends elsewhere). Bar was well stocked and staff very helpful. We upgraded and had a beautiful and large room. Bathroom was a little less decadent than the rest of the hotel but clean enough. We used our own toiletries but good to see environmental impact was thought about. TV was odd and difficult to use - usual channels didn't seem available and if we tried Netflix or any of the other apps, none of them worked, so we turned it off and just had music playing on our phones. Comfy bed, and tea/coffee available, so all good. We loved it.
*worth mentioning that had we paid full price I would have felt it a little expensive, but I had a Booking.com credit and so actually it felt like a bargain.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
I loved the character of such an old building! My room was private quiet and really comfortable with everything I needed. The staff friendly and helpful.
Exceptional, from charming host and staff, heated outdoor swimming pool, enchanting room looking out onto the garden and countryside beyond, with four-poster bed and exquisite ensuite bathroom, lovely quiet house and location, to bike storage in the garage.
