The Bull Inn is an old, and in some places quaint building. They have a small car park, and it is best to book a parking space, even though there is an extra charge, as local parking can be difficult. Staff were universally friendly and helpful. There is no lift, but the staff offer to carry your bags up the stairs. Our room was a decent size, and had two sitting chairs, many only have one. Very clean and quiet. Excellent bed and not too hot. For those liking hand-pumped beer, they had 6 local brews on.
Breakfast was very good, allow plenty of time.

The host was very kind and amenable.
I liked the fact that there was an oven and washing machine to use whenever.

A lovely hostess welcomes you to this middle of nowhere b&b in the Sutton countryside. Great room, close to Ipswich and if you need to take the ferry to Hoek van Holland, like I did, it's ideal.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Paid for "superior double" because no cheaper rooms available through Booking.com on our dates. However, room was spacious and with a balcony and lovely view over golf course. Good breakfast. Did not eat dinner at hotel as too expensive for us.
Quiet carpeted corridors. Generally - at least for our stay - a quiet and relaxing place.
Great location, close to shops, restaurants and pubs. Lots of choice for eating out. Lovely quaint feel to property. Well maintained and presented. Really worth the price
Perfect location, in the centre of town, but nevertheless incredibly quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful, the accommodation was immaculate, bright and lovely and warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean with every little luxury. Everything had been thought of, fridge, microwave, kettle etc. There is a garden table and chairs which I would have used if the weather had been warmer. I would highly recommended it !
Very quiet and private location, but short drive to amenities. The property itself, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. As a party of two couples was great to have an en-suite each and another toilet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Secure garden a big help with the dogs.
A quiet and quaint property. Walking distance from the small town that had everything needed.
Living area was lovely with features and particularly good when had the fire on (however would have been useful to know we needed to bring our own logs etc)
Kitchen mostly well equipped - but needs kitchen knives eg bread knife, paring knife
