Great host. Clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a couple of nights away from home for work. I usually stay in a Premier Inn but this came up as closer so decided on a break from the norm! Quiet cul-de-sac location. Great shower. Parking right outside. Made a world of difference to have a kitchenette.

Amazing stay especially if you like horses and art. It is a private members club not an hotel so it’s like staying in someone’s country house despite being in the centre of Newmarket. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast was good and a visit to the bar in the evening is a must. There is a dress code and it is just courteous to respect it.

Staff were friendly and food was okay but the rest of it was disgraceful, no parking was available and no breakfast, the rooms were cheaply made up and you could hear everything inside and outside so if you want a nice comfortable quiet break avoid at all costs

The house itself was like a home away from home, cosy, clean, and decoration was and theme of house was amazing. Bedroom was really comfortable and bed was amazing I slept incredibly well. Bathroom was shared but was spacious and extremely clean and cosy. Very quiet location especially as its literally behind newmarket Town centre, great location. Bianca the host was amazing and we were even able to check in a lot earlier due to going to the races which was really simple from that location. We will definitely stay there again, amazing place.

After a long drive from Holyhead it was a great location for us to the British Racing School only 7 mins away. Also it was lovely and quiet so we had a great sleep. The room also had a fan for warm nights and the staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Great private parking area.
