located a 15/20 walk from centre of town /Ipswich town fc , very comfy bed , exceptional facilities , inc plug socket that had USB port to charge your phone ; handy as id forgotten my charger !!!

Continental Breakfast was available as complimentary with a good choice freely available outside room .room and Bed very warm and comfortable . Good access to room out of hours . Also enjoyed the crazy golf . The food served in the pub was also very good.

Very helpful staff. Just needed a shower and sleep. Very quiet so slept well and I was clean and shiny! Ignore the bad reviews! You can't beat the price and if you want luxury you need to expect to pay more!
It was very busy on arrival but the staff tried to look after us as quickly and efficiently as possible. The room was basic but comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet. It is in a great location for Portman Road, and is ideal for evening matches.

The apartment is in a great location, has a fantastic use of space and is very private. The facilities are excellent and a comfortable bed. Whilst you don’t have parking, Fore Street car park is next door for drop off and there’s cheap parking within a few mins (we parked at Blackfriars car park). The owners are very friendly and welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
