Nice breakfast in the nearby hotel 1 min walk. Jacuzzi on the roof, massages etc in the nearby sister hotel . Even has a little kitchen inside the rooms so you can cook a small meal, have tea/coffee. We had a great time.

Valley of Nuns Holiday Apartments asub Curral das Freirases, Marina do Funchalist vaid 15 km kaugusel. Majutusruumidest avaneb vaade vaiksele tänavale. I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. It was very comfortable, spacious and offers all the necessary amenities. I had to opportunity to speak to the owner before leaving who was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to couples and small families as an ideal starting point for a hike up the mountains.

The apartment was very central and well equipped. A charming host who arranged a taxi from the airport and was so waiting to greet us. Furthermore, he phoned me the day after we had left to say I had left a couple of personal items to arrange their return. I would recommend this apartment as everything was excellent.

Apartments Madeira Old Town asub Funchalis, rannast ja Funchali vanalinnast 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Location. At the end of town, close to shops, restaurants, bars, beach… Apartment is perfect size, comfortable for two people. Check in was great. I was allowed to check in early and was shown the property and given recommendations on things to do.

Majutusasutus Wine Lodges pakub Funchali kesklinnas apartemente. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade lopsakale linnaaiale. Spacious rooms with high ceilings, comfortable beds, terrace with city view, main bedroom view to the park, fully equipped kitchen. All spotlessly clean. Welcome package with two bottles of vine. The location in the very center of the old town. Two blocks away from a big shopping mall with a supermarket.

This 4-star Funchal hotel is situated just 100 metres from the Atlantic Ocean. It offers 5 swimming pools, 4 restaurants and modern accommodation with kitchenettes and balconies. We enjoyed NYE on property...............great amenities and location. Free shuttle to stadium for the fireworks show.

Vila Marta asub São Martinhos, Funchalist 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Majutusruumidel on privaatne terrass, kust avaneb vaade Atlandi ookeanile ja banaaniistandustele. Vila Marta is perfect for a stay in Madeira, exceptionally clean, welcoming, and the best of the best is the team: Don Joao and Son Bruno. They are the summit of customer orientation, warm, helpful, attentive and available. Could not recommend them more, they are the best!

Set in tropical gardens overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Suite Hotel Eden Mar - Porto Bay features a lagoon-style outdoor pool. We stayed at The Residence hotel, part of the Portobay complex, next to Eden Mar. We were upgraded at check in without being told and it was a nice surprise. The apartment we received was very big, think of a bigger apartment with a “small” hotel room included which had its own bathroom. Everything was very clean and, even though we did not use much of, the kitchenette was equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Beds were comfortable and in good shape even though some of the furniture pieces were showing their age. There were 5 swimming pools available, some indoor (one which allowed for swimming outdoors as well), one of them heated and two were suitable for little children. A gym, indoor and outdoor play areas for kids, as well as a hobby room were all available for free access. A SPA is available, we only went there for a massage that was nice. People are extremely helpful and nice, we really felt really good. On top of everything the included breakfast buffet was very generous, even with sparkling wine available, and one could eat indoors or outdoors on the terrace. We would come back and choose the same hotel without hesitation. Funchal downtown is within walking distance, although maybe this is not an option for everyone a quick taxi ride is also possible. Nevertheless, location is also very good.

I think the name of the guy in the reception was named Hugo. He was excelent, and the welcome we got from Vera at the breakfast was also very Good. The location was also really Good. We brought an 8 months old baby and there was no problem getting around.
