Set in Fortuna, 5.7 km from La Fortuna Waterfall, Arenal Monara offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. This was the best place we stayed in Costa Rica. It has an amazing view of the volcano from the balcony. The food was good, including the breakfast which was such a convenient option in the morning. And the owners and employees were excellent professionals while also being friendly. A recommendation for those staying here. Take a sloth tour with Armando. Do it because sloths are very cool and it’s interesting to see them in a natural environment. But do it with Armando because the man has the craziest sloth spotting abilities. I can’t decide if the sloths or Armando’s spotting abilities were cooler. It was a great time. And Armando might show you some cool tips on taking photos.

Located in La Fortuna town, San Bosco Inn offers an outdoor pool and lush gardens, free Wi-Fi in public areas and rooms with garden views. The Arenal Volcano is 5 km away. buffet-style breakfast was great. I ate as much as I wanted. It was near to everything. It included thermal water 8km away

Centrally located in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca town centre and just a 3-minute walk from Salsa Brava Beach, Hotel Indalo adults only features an extensive garden, sun terrace and free Wi-Fi. Gonzales was very friendly and nice ! When booking cancelled our room somewhere else, we really didn’t had a place to stay, and he did everything to help us , and even drove us with his bike to the place, because there wasn’t any taxi or Uber! The place was also very nice, we loved in general our stay at Indalo! We will forever be grateful and definitely come back!

Discover the charm of Hotel Secreto La Fortuna, a quiet retreat in the heart of Fortuna, Costa Rica. This hotel had everything, great breakfast, close to restaurants, beautiful gardens, large clean rooms, wild life around hotel including my favorite family of sloths living in the trees. The staff were amazing the reception staff made my trip into a dream and unforgettable life time of memories. The 2 staff when out of their way to help me with tours advise and great local knowledge . They were always cheerful and pleasant. Even the security guard would help me watch the sloths at night.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Hotel El Jardin is located in Montezuma town centre and less than 100 meters from the beach. WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge. We absolutely loved the pool. Every room got their own hammock to relax. The hotel is right in the center of Montezuma. And the staff is super friendly and always there to help. Recommend!

Set in San José, 47 km from Poas National Park, Hotel Casa Roland San Jose offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. The property was GORGEOUS - like staying in a museum with a lot of beautiful artwork. The rooms were immaculate with plenty of room. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great!

Set in Fortuna, 2.7 km from La Fortuna Waterfall, Fortuna Retreat offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Wow probably the best views during our stay in Costa Rica. We chose the upper floor and the volcano was in full view. It was amazing rain or shine. In other places during rain you feel like you are stuck in a small room with nothing to do but in this place we had amazing terrace and a massive room where we could read when it was raining and we didn't feel like we missed out. Breakfast was a short walk in a nearby property.
