Lovely place and great location. The bar tender (really sorry but can’t remember his name) was so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Lots of monkeys around. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again😀

Breakfast was good and we really liked the hours it was offered.. LOVED that cold drinking water was available at all times to help yourself to and fill personal water bottles! The staff here was very lovely and helpful.

It’s in a fantastic location, right next to the park entrance. There is a bus that leaves from the beach that heads to Manuel Antonio and Quepos, as there isn’t a great deal around in the evening after the park has closed. The rooms were bright, spaces and airy and almost back on to the jungle itself - we saw deer, monkeys, raccoons and countless birds from our balcony. The breakfast options were decent too, though would’ve been handy to open a little earlier at 6:30am to be able to get to the park for opening at 7am. Plenty of parking available too, with security on the front gate.

This is probably the best beach in Costa Rica and we went to many. The water was warm, the people friendly, and there was lots to do and see including restaurants, the big marina with nice restaurants and day booze cruises, para-sailing, snorkling, swimming and best of all - no sharks (that we saw) but there were crocs at the far south end so we didn't swim there.

The hotel is well placed for the park and just a short walk to the beach. As that part of the beach is away from the main part it's a little more quiet and laid back. However, there are lots of beach activities just a short walk away The room itself was probably too big for a couple. It was really an apartment that could easily accommodate a family of 6.

Magnificent a must. Nature amazing. Saw three types of monkeys, sloth, and many other animals just in the city. Beaches are great.
Very humid and for us LA people hard to tolerate.
Too touristy and feels like everyone wants to take advantage of us. Pricey.

Favourite restaurant was the closest one - La Terraza.
We got the local cheap and cheerful bus when we didn't want to walk as the roads are steep.
Favourite activities were ziplining and horse riding. It was also great just to sit on our terrace at Villas de la Selva and chill, watching and listening to the ocean.

The best was mesmerising.
The best was mesmerising. I had never imagined the Pacific to be so beautiful, but do be wary that some beaches can be rockier. The forests are full of wildlife that is respected, and I saw very little pollution - either I missed it, or it is testament to the people and their culture.

Excellent Park to visit, plus swim on their lovely beach. Can easily spend a whole day there. beautiful views, forest, etc.
Only problem is taking an hour to book the ticket online - their only option for entrance.

Good breakfast with 4 kinds of fruit every day, good coffee, good pancakes good salted choices. The restaurant is placed in a wonderful setting .

the location of the property was very good - close to the city, right on the beach - this is very nice if you wish to spend some time just chilling on the beach. there is a private seating & sunbed area of the hotel, also you can lay down on the beach on your towel. staff was nice & helpful. the pool area is nice, as well as the garden of the property. fenced parking for hotel guests is convenient
The location couldn’t be better! It was right on the beach and a short distance from Manuel Antonio National Park. The restaurant had excellent food, but they had wet paint on a bench and no sign. My kids and their friend sat on it and they all got white paint on their clothes :(
The breakfast was pretty good & the staff were nice.
The location is right next to Manuel Antonio and has its own car park which is great. We went to the beach inside the park at 7am and it was pristine. Wouldn't recommend the hotel beach if you don't like it busy.
The location is very good, very close to the beach and the entrance of Manuel Antonio park! It offers a pool, so very pleasant to spent time there. The stuff very friendly and the room was clean. Would recommend it if the goal is to visit Manuel Antonio.
