The 200 years old Minshuku Goyomon lies amid Ainokura Village, a World Heritage Site with centuries old Gassho-style houses and a traditional local community. Great hospitality. Breakfast and dinner were specially prepared by the host. It was a pleasant surprise to see a warmed water bottle on the futon. It definitely kept us warm during our sleep.

Table tennis & karaoke available. Great location, close to all transport & points of attraction. Staffs are helpful & friendly. Value for money. Vacation here far exceeds my expectation and surely I will re-visit this hotel.

At Akaokan, guests can relax in the spacious public hot-spring baths and visit the Historic Villages of Shirakawa-gō and Gokayama, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, situated a 20-minute drive away. Love the place and the huge dinner and breakfast! It was a veritable feast. The futon beds were very comfortable too. We enjoyed the onsen very much. In addition, we had our own private toilet and bathroom. Would highly recommend this place.

Located in the Gokayama hot-spring area, Gokasanso offers Japanese and Western-style accommodations with a flat-screen TV. My view was brilliant from my room. Near a bus stop, be careful of the hill leading up though. The onsen was great. The room was big, in which the bed was comfortable, still the Japanese hard bed though. Staff allowed me to leave all of my luggage before I checked in which was great! Staff were really friendly all around the hotel. Dinner was a traditional Japanese dinner, and had a lot of dishes, the same was with breakfast. A razor, hair band, toothbrush ect were available. You are also given a choice of a small, medium or large yukata. I really enjoyed it here. I highly recommend it.

Located just steps from giant Buddha statue Takaoka Daibutsu, Japanese-style inn Ryokan Daibutsu lies in the heart of historical Takaoka City. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access. Beautiful little Ryokan with japanese breakfast, big rooms and small onsen. Hiking to Himi was a great experience.

Nastanitev Shiroyamasou se nahaja v mestu Asahi, 15 km od znamenitosti železniška postaja Kurobe-Unazukionsen in 20 km od znamenitosti soteska Kurobe, ter nudi sobe. The room was spacious and the facilities were clean and nice. The bathroom was also very comfortabele with a nice onsen bath.

Nastanitev Kadokyu Ryokan se nahaja v mestu Takaoka, 48 km od znamenitosti Grad Kanazawa in 48 km od znamenitosti vrtovi Kenrokuen, ter ponuja sobe. The location in front of Takaoka Daibutsu was the best. It's a historic inn, nice Japanese style room, and the staff was kind.
