Awesome place to stay ! The owner is so nice and the guesthouse is comfortable and has everything you need. There is a lovely family atmosphere around. We were also able to enjoy the beautiful Onsen of Kinosaki nearby. Thanks again for the beautiful moments !

Because my middle school daughter, who is in the rebellious stage, had a quarrel with her mother about a trivial matter at nearly nine o'clock that night, and her voice was loud and affected other guests. I am very sorry. I have stayed in no less than thirty hotels and hotels in Japan, and I think this hotel demonstrates the perfect balance of the three. It is very close to the station and takes less than three minutes to walk, which is very convenient for foreigners. There are buses nearby that can go to unique scenic spots, and you can go to various nearby scenic spots in a short time.Finally, this hotel is more affordable than local hot spring hotels. Newly renovated in 2022, Kobayashiya -Kinosaki Onsen- blends the history and tradition of Japan with the modernity. Guests are welcomed by a luxurious new lobby, decorated in earthen wall. There are too many good things to say about Kobayashiya. The staff was very welcoming and helpful - they even helped us when we couldn't figure out our yukatas. Our room was spacious and comfortable - but the best part is that it had a small porch overlooking the street/canal area where everyone was walking to and from the onsens. We only stayed for one night, but we wish we could have stayed here for 2 or 3 nights.

Boasting an open-air hot springs bath and spacious garden, Arima Grand Hotel is located a 10-minute walk away from Arima Onsen Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The breakfast was the BEST in my lifetime so far! Every dish was perfect including all the main dishes and side dishes. Ingredients were so fresh and tasty.

Honestly I liked everything the place was great, the staff was awesome and could speak english, the food was tasty and plentiful, the room was amazing It was the first leg of our trip and we wanted to start in style... was not disappointed We chose kinosaki mainly because we were visiting Kyoto and were looking for outdoor tattoo friendly onsen the private onsen at the ryonkan is big enough for couple bath

Kinosaki Onsen Kawaguchiya Honkan sa nachádza v centre na hlavnej ulici Onsengai a ponúka verejné kúpele s horúcimi prameňmi a súkromnou časťou, bezplatné Wi-Fi a ubytovanie v japonskom štýle. Everything about this experience was the best. It was the best part of our trip.

Taketoritei Maruyama is a non-smoking Japanese-style accommodation featuring natural hot spring baths for private use and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Room was perfect. Hot spring was a little hot but it’s a hot spring. The bed was so comfortable.

Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. The owner was so welcoming! He took me to his mum for the tradition tea cerimonie! The private hotspring are so good! Food and tea and at lots of choice of yukata!! Real japanese traditional experience!

Located in the quiet areas of Kinosaki hot-spring district, Sensui offers Japanese-style accommodations and 3 private reservable hot-spring baths. We had a great stay in Sensui! Only stayed for one night but really enjoyed it. The hotel is located in a very central location within the village, everything is accessible on foot. We arrived before check in and left our luggages there, when we returned they had taken our luggages to our room, which was a relief since our room was in the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We had a Japanese room with a futon. The room was really big and in the traditional style. They give you yukatas for your outings in the onsens. The staff are really friendly and speak good english. We had the tajima beef menu for dinner and it was SO good! Highly recommended. As we were enjoying our dinner someone had come to the room and set the futons in place. The three onsens of the hotel are free to use and they are all really nice. The breakfast is served on the table and is traditional Japanese. We weren't the biggest fans of some items (natto, fish) but the rice, omelette and salad were nice. All in all, it might have been the most expensive hotel night compared to the hotels we stayed in other cities of Japan but it was totally worth it!
