2.8 km from Kinumaki Shrine, Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu is a recently renovated property situated in Toyooka and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The staff is very nice. The private onsen is wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the room is super good.

Newly renovated in 2022, Kobayashiya -Kinosaki Onsen- blends the history and tradition of Japan with the modernity. Guests are welcomed by a luxurious new lobby, decorated in earthen wall. Everything. Food (dinner & breakfast) was literally art. Everything was presented in such a beautiful way! Inn's onsens were great (👍 temperature) and close to other bath houses so you can just pick and choose. The staff was amazing and able to accommodate English speaking guests. Overall we had such an amazing ryokan experience and we want to come back next year if possible.

Boasting an open-air hot springs bath and spacious garden, Arima Grand Hotel is located a 10-minute walk away from Arima Onsen Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The breakfast was the BEST in my lifetime so far! Every dish was perfect including all the main dishes and side dishes. Ingredients were so fresh and tasty.

Set 2.6 km from Kinumaki Shrine, 城崎温泉 旅館 つばき乃 - Kinosaki Onsen Ryokan Tsubakino offers 3-star accommodation in Toyooka and features an open-air bath. Staying at the ryokan for two nights felt like a dream, the meals were all delicious, the private bath amazing, and the staff very kind. The room looked even better than in the pictures!

Taketoritei Maruyama is a non-smoking Japanese-style accommodation featuring natural hot spring baths for private use and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Our room was amazing, both the room and hotel are very clean. The room was quiet, our private onsen and garden were beautiful we enjoyed them a lot. There is a cattle in the room with tea and also a coffee maker. The staff was amazing, really friendly, very attentive and helped with all our questions. They reserved restaurants for us and brought us with a car to the restaurants. They also helped with arranging transport for our luggage to the next hotel. There was also a dedicated English speaking staff member. The location of the hotel is also great, it's higher up in Arima, which makes it nice quiet.

Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. Exceptionnel stay among great owner and staff! I highly recommend this place Location is great and the room quite big enough for all the family In bonus, we had private onsen for just the 4 of us everyday with no extra charge and a private tea ceremony performed by the owner's mother. Fabulous experience thanks to Hachi San and his mother!

Located in the quiet areas of Kinosaki hot-spring district, Sensui offers Japanese-style accommodations and 3 private reservable hot-spring baths. We had a great stay in Sensui! Only stayed for one night but really enjoyed it. The hotel is located in a very central location within the village, everything is accessible on foot. We arrived before check in and left our luggages there, when we returned they had taken our luggages to our room, which was a relief since our room was in the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We had a Japanese room with a futon. The room was really big and in the traditional style. They give you yukatas for your outings in the onsens. The staff are really friendly and speak good english. We had the tajima beef menu for dinner and it was SO good! Highly recommended. As we were enjoying our dinner someone had come to the room and set the futons in place. The three onsens of the hotel are free to use and they are all really nice. The breakfast is served on the table and is traditional Japanese. We weren't the biggest fans of some items (natto, fish) but the rice, omelette and salad were nice. All in all, it might have been the most expensive hotel night compared to the hotels we stayed in other cities of Japan but it was totally worth it!

Set in the woods by Mount Kuruhi, Hotel Shogetsutei is 5 minutes from Kinosaki-Onsen Train Station on the free shuttle. It features beautiful outdoor hot-spring baths and a spa. Amazing property. Everything was perfect!
