Awesome stay at a Japanese ryokan. Great welcome when arrived. Really nice spacious room with awesome decorations Great meals in the rooms. Access to two private onsens in Morizuya. Get a pass to the various onsens in Kinosaki, and get to walk around town in a yukata. Kinosaki was an awesome town to wander around.

Yumoto Ueyama Ryokan provides a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 15 km of Himeji Castle and 42 km of Omiya Hachiman Shrine. The room was spacious but still felt cozy and comfortable. The view from the large window was simply spectacular, there was a light rain storm the night we came and honestly it added to the experience, so relaxing….the staff was so friendly, some spoke very clear English but for the ones that didn’t had a little translation devise. I’m also a Celiac and can’t eat wheat, I gave the staff a head up and they accommodated my meals beautifully! I was able to enjoy the dinner and breakfast with my family without feeling like I was missing something.

Gunkakutei, a property with a garden, is situated in Asago, 28 km from Choanji Temple, 29 km from Toyooka City History Museum, as well as 50 km from Soun-ji Temple. The owner was very kind. The place is very cozy.

Offering a garden and quiet street view, Yuuhiken is set in Asago, 22 km from Ito Kiyonaga Museum and 28 km from Choanji Temple. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, even as we arrived at 11pm! They were even so nice as to still give us a room tour at that late of an hour, and offered to also fetch us to the train station seeing that we were running close to our train boarding time! The place is immaculate, clean and comfortable! I wish we could've stayed more days. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a place to stay while in Asago! 100/100!!

Providing quiet street views, Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu is situated in the Kinosaki Onsen district of Toyooka, 4.2 km from Seto Shrine and 4.7 km from North Disaster Earthquake Monument. Very clean and comfortable beds. Very close to the train station! Dinner and breakfast was delicious! Morning Onsen was clean too! I had an enjoyable time

2.8 km from Kinumaki Shrine, Kobayashiya -Kinosaki Onsen- is a recently renovated property located in Toyooka and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. This place is just wonderful. Really relaxing whilst being a very tightly run ship. The whole place is clean as a whistle and the facilities are outstanding.

Boasting an open-air hot springs bath and spacious garden, Arima Grand Hotel is located a 10-minute walk away from Arima Onsen Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Amazing hotel. Not a cheap one, but it is definitelly worth the money. We definitelly recommend to take a room with a view, seeing mountains in the morning was wonderful. We didn't have a ryokan-type room but were still amazed by the quiality of everything - cleanliness, design, etc. Our room had a capsule coffee machine, a set for drinking tea, hair brushes, hair pins and other small things that added a pinch of comfort to our stay. The hotel also provides guests with Japanese-style clothing: a set of a "shirt" and pants, and a yukata. You can walk in it everywhere in the hotel which was very nice. The hotel has public onsens on two floors, both have open-air baths. The staff is very understanding and would help with the rules of visiting. You can also book private onsens that turned out to be not very expensive. Sometimes the hotel holds special events. We managed to visit stargazing and saw Jupiter through a telescope while eating sweet potatos! The hotel provides a bus that regularly travels through the Arima village. You can also call the hotel to pick you up. The village itself is very beautiful. There is a ropeway to the nearby mountain. I heard you can also hike to the summit.

Located a 5-minute taxi ride from Sannomiya Station and Motomachi Station, Kobe Minato Onsen Ren boasts a variety of hot spring baths, a year-round hot spring outdoor pool, an indoor swimming pool, a... Everything perfect for my family ! I love to stay next time as well!!!

城崎温泉 旅館 つばき乃 - Kinosaki Onsen Ryokan Tsubakino in Toyooka features 3-star accommodation with an open-air bath and a garden. L’esmorzar i el sopar es excelent. L’onsen del hotel es molt maco. Ho recomano molt!

El Kinosaki Onsen Kawaguchiya Honkan es troba al centre, al carrer principal d'Onsengai, i té un bany termal públic i privat. Conveniently located in the middle of the 7 onsens; private onsen that is also tattoo friendly. Open air private onsen requires prior booking. Breakfast requires prior reservations. Staff is responsive if you message the property. Staff is very helpful and made me feel like family. Kaki-san was especially welcoming and helped me tie my Obi and Yukata properly. The night staff knows less English, but still communicated well with me and explained the timing of the Onsens. A ticket for the hot springs is given, and lasts from the start of your stay to 1pm the day you leave. I stayed only one night but wish I could have stayed longer. There is a shuttle that takes you to the Inn from the kinosakionsen station. Everything is walkable from this onsen which really helped since I use a cane. The steps weren’t too steep, and the restaurant was absolutely delicious . Thank you for the hospitality. I hope to visit again.
