My stay was fantastic - the hosts offered to pick me up from the train station, and also drove me to and from the town centre when I wanted to visit the local onsen. I spent the evening getting to know the hosts and the other travellers around the fireplace. The share room was really comfortable as well. Thank you !

Kobayashiya -Kinosaki Onsen- blev renoveret i 2022 og blander Japans historie og tradition med moderniteten. Gæsterne bydes velkommen af en luksuriøs ny lobby, som er indrettet i jordvæg. Everything was perfect! Most of the staff speaks English and is very helpful and kind. The surrounding is beautiful and feels like a movie. The private spa is amazing and we had a great stay. Can't wait to be back to Japan soon :)

Boasting an open-air hot springs bath and spacious garden, Arima Grand Hotel is located a 10-minute walk away from Arima Onsen Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The breakfast was the BEST in my lifetime so far! Every dish was perfect including all the main dishes and side dishes. Ingredients were so fresh and tasty.

Taketoritei Maruyama is a non-smoking Japanese-style accommodation featuring natural hot spring baths for private use and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Amazing kaiseki dinner, everyone coming here should definitely give it a try! The service was amazing as well, from our arrival until the moment we departed. Thank you! The private onsen experience is also fantastic!

The staff were all so helpful and friendly and they really go beyond. Especially Ayuri who is so sincere and really great service provided from check in. Love the Tajima beef and crab meals provided by the hotel too.
