Get a pass to the various onsens in Kinosaki, and get to walk around town in a yukata. Kinosaki was an awesome town to wander around.

The room was spacious but still felt cozy and comfortable. The view from the large window was simply spectacular, there was a light rain storm the night we came and honestly it added to the experience, so relaxing….the staff was so friendly, some spoke very clear English but for the ones that didn’t had a little translation devise. I’m also a Celiac and can’t eat wheat, I gave the staff a head up and they accommodated my meals beautifully! I was able to enjoy the dinner and breakfast with my family without feeling like I was missing something.

The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, even as we arrived at 11pm! They were even so nice as to still give us a room tour at that late of an hour, and offered to also fetch us to the train station seeing that we were running close to our train boarding time! The place is immaculate, clean and comfortable! I wish we could've stayed more days. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a place to stay while in Asago! 100/100!!

This place is just wonderful. Really relaxing whilst being a very tightly run ship. The whole place is clean as a whistle and the facilities are outstanding.

Mit einem Thermalbad im Freien und einem großen Garten erwartet Sie das Arima Grand Hotel nur 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Arima Onsen entfernt. WLAN nutzen Sie in allen Zimmern kostenfrei. Amazing hotel. Not a cheap one, but it is definitelly worth the money. We definitelly recommend to take a room with a view, seeing mountains in the morning was wonderful. We didn't have a ryokan-type room but were still amazed by the quiality of everything - cleanliness, design, etc. Our room had a capsule coffee machine, a set for drinking tea, hair brushes, hair pins and other small things that added a pinch of comfort to our stay. The hotel also provides guests with Japanese-style clothing: a set of a "shirt" and pants, and a yukata. You can walk in it everywhere in the hotel which was very nice. The hotel has public onsens on two floors, both have open-air baths. The staff is very understanding and would help with the rules of visiting. You can also book private onsens that turned out to be not very expensive. Sometimes the hotel holds special events. We managed to visit stargazing and saw Jupiter through a telescope while eating sweet potatos! The hotel provides a bus that regularly travels through the Arima village. You can also call the hotel to pick you up. The village itself is very beautiful. There is a ropeway to the nearby mountain. I heard you can also hike to the summit.

Sie wohnen eine 5-minütige Taxifahrt vom Bahnhof Sannomiya und dem Bahnhof Motomachi entfernt. Die Suite ist gigantisch. Für japanische Standards größer als ein Apartment. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Es ist quasi selbstverständlich dass alles tip top sauber war. Der Wellnessbereich streckt sich auf mehrere Stockwerke. Am Anfang etwas verwirrend, aber hat alles was man sich wünschen könnte. Ich habe mir eine Massage gegönnt und diese war großartig. Der Onsen im Untergeschoss ist ganz idyllisch und ruhig. Insbesondere der Außenbereich ist großartig. Auf dem Dach gibt es auch eine heiße Quelle. Dorthin verirren sich noch weniger Besucher. Beide Bereiche sind bis um 12 Uhr Nachts zugänglich, was nach einem langen Tag mit Sightseeing einen großartigen Abschluss bildet Über das Essen könnte ich endlos schreiben. Kurz und knapp: Authentisch und Köstlich!!! Kleiner Tipp: Das Hotel hat einen Shuttlebus, den man nutzen kann um in die City und zum Bahnhof zu kommen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, alle sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sehr wohl, das Essen war ausgezeichnet, man kommt fußläufig schnell zu den anderen Onsens, eigener Onsen und privater Onsen sind auch zu Empfehlen

Conveniently located in the middle of the 7 onsens; private onsen that is also tattoo friendly. Open air private onsen requires prior booking. Breakfast requires prior reservations. Staff is responsive if you message the property. Staff is very helpful and made me feel like family. Kaki-san was especially welcoming and helped me tie my Obi and Yukata properly. The night staff knows less English, but still communicated well with me and explained the timing of the Onsens. A ticket for the hot springs is given, and lasts from the start of your stay to 1pm the day you leave. I stayed only one night but wish I could have stayed longer. There is a shuttle that takes you to the Inn from the kinosakionsen station. Everything is walkable from this onsen which really helped since I use a cane. The steps weren’t too steep, and the restaurant was absolutely delicious . Thank you for the hospitality. I hope to visit again.
