Booked double room with mountain view. The view was good! It’s a minute walk to Sun plaza Sapa station. The restaurant has variety of dishes and the breakfast also has lot of vegetarian options. The staff is kind and helpful. They charge 3% for payments by credit card. So do many stores, restaurants in Sapa. It’s better to carry cash just in case. My husband forgot his mobile at the hotel and realized it after we reached Lao Cai station. Fortunately, the hotel staff arranged a taxi to deliver the phone before our train departure.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpsome. Both with recommendations for trips and other queries. We also used the laundry service which was very efficient. The staff helped us to book tickets to Fansipan. Moreover, we took a train from Hanoi to Lao Cai and the hotel organised a transfer for us from the train station to the hotel which was great for the early morning.

This lovely hotel is easy walking distance from restaurants, cafes and Sapa railway station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with the bonus of a great mountain view. The staff were really accommodating and very helpful with a late checkout and a quick and easy transfer back to Lao Cai to catch the sleeper train to Hanoi.

Staff all very helpful & friendly. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Room clean & well equipped, a little small for 4 of us and 4 rucksacks, but not a real issue. Helpful with booking trip to Fansipan and Information locally. Organised return transport to Lao Cai. Good WiFi

Stayed 1 night before crossing the border into China, and was what we needed, only 5 minutes in a taxi. Room was big, clean and well equipped. Some local restaurants nearby but didn’t get a chance to try them. About 30 minutes walk to central Lao Cai and the train station.

The hotel is in the city center. They gave us free breakfast (but I think the price should include breakfast instead of telling us it is free). They helped us with car transfers from and to train station in Lao Cai.

The host has been very helpful, flexible and friendly. Everything worked out perfectly, such as getting to and from the hostel to Sa Pa and Lao Cai.

The location was probably the only thing we liked from this hotel, which is situated next to the bus stop to/from Lao Cai.

The hotel is brilliant - Nice a quaint yet has all the facilities and luxuries. The staff were amazing and managed to arrange a private cooking class with Sous Chef Mung. Was an amazing experience and Mung showed me the market and how to cook 4 traditional dishes (he then served it to me in the restaurant. Highlight of my trip and great to see such an experienced chef go about his business. Would 100% recommend and will come back again.

Staffs are so nice, polite, and helpful. Room is clean and in a good size for 3 people. The moutain view room is so niceeeee even it was too foggy everyday but we still enjoy going to terrance to get cold wind Lol. The breakfast is so surprised me. There are many variety of food including local ones and they are all yummy. They have fresh fruit also which I loveee so much.

Everything was clean and loved the view from anywhere in the resort. Every one was nice and food was great🤗

The highlight for this Hotel is the breakfast. Im so amazed by their food selection and everything is delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They give us takeout breakfast for our last night because we have to checkout early in the evening to catch the sleeper bus. Very good value for my money. Very convenient location close to the center.

I had an incredible stay at Amazing Hotel in Sapa! The view of the mountains from the room was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. I was particularly impressed with the events held at the hotel for Independence Day, which added a unique and festive touch to our stay. The indoor pool was a great bonus, providing a lovely way to unwind. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Bich, who was exceptionally helpful and made us feel truly welcome. Very comfortable beds and a nice view! (Make sure you choose the room with view!). Receptionist was nice and decent breakfast. And location was good!

The best homestay I've stayed in so far. I got a homely feeling staying there. It was very well maintained, spacious and clean. We were welcomed even though we reached a bit early than check-in time and we were allowed to freshen up. Best part was there is separate public washrooms and a spacious locker rooms to keep our luggages safely. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The owners were very nice and helpful. They helped us book tickets and while leaving since my luggage was a bit heavy, he helped me carry it and got us safely into a taxi. The restaurant food was affordable and good too. Overall an excellent homestay with clean and friendly environment, & great hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel is exceptional. One of the best I have ever stayed in. The location is just a little further from the centre but the hotel offers free transportation every one hour. The breakfast is outstanding and you should most definitely try their grapefruit fresh juice as well as the cinnamon syrup that they make. Room was spacious, super clean and very comfortable. We also ordered pizza one night as we had missed a little European food and it was really good

Everything. Breakfast was good except most dishes seemed to be rather sweet. We found out that most restaurants around SaPa tend to serve food that is on the sweeter end of the scale.
