There were two swimming pools: inside and on rooftop, that's cool, because of fast changing weather. Highly recommend to visit SPA (make reservation in advance!) - they provide wide range of services as baths and massages. Location is good too, just 5 minute walk to Sapa station. P.S. many thanks for receptionist, she allowed us to check-in 3 hours earlier free of charge. It was a salvation, because we got completely wet after Fansipan walk.

There was a sumptuous breakfast with a very caring staff. The staff were friendly providing suggestions on activities to engage in and useful tips. The ambiance of the hotel was amazing and rooms were really spacious and impeccably maintained. The care exhibited by staff in the maintenance of the property was very evident. We were fortunate to have a room with a mountain view, providing a great sight from the balcony.

You can buy tickets for Fansipan at the hotel which was really convenient. We had to leave early to catch a bus to Bach Ha and they provided breakfast before breakfast time, which we really appreciated.
