Our room was located on the first floor and had a balcony terrace that overlooked the hotel's beautiful rose garden. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the warmer parts of the day. Breakfast was plentiful, with a generous mix of Western and Asian cuisines, and the panoramic view from the dining area was simply breathtaking.

Staff were two of the nicest people we met in Vietnam. They speak only a little english but this was not a problem. We just used Google Translate. They were very accommodating and helpful. They helped us book a taxi in the morning and one at night as well. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
