Amazing hotel with mesmerising mountains view! Room was clean, stylish and cosy, all facilities were good. We liked breakfast at hotel restaurant - big choice of European and Asian food. There were two swimming pools: inside and on rooftop, that's cool, because of fast changing weather. Highly recommend to visit SPA (make reservation in advance!) - they provide wide range of services as baths and massages. Location is good too, just 5 minute walk to Sapa station. P.S. many thanks for receptionist, she allowed us to check-in 3 hours earlier free of charge. It was a salvation, because we got completely wet after Fansipan walk.

Super clean, comfortable hotel and very kind staff. All of the hotel staff helped us very kindly and efficiently in booking tickets to Fan xi pan summit, recommendation to village visits. Thanks to their very efficiently support we managed to received a passport that one of us forgot in the hotel. Ms Hong very carefully packed the passport and found a good transport company that delivered it in Hanoi at midnight the same day, just before our departure to Ha Long early morning.

Perched majestically on a picturesque hilltop, amidst floating clouds, Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa offers an exceptional blend of local culture, French Indochina architecture, and vibrant Sapa... There was a sumptuous breakfast with a very caring staff. The staff were friendly providing suggestions on activities to engage in and useful tips. The ambiance of the hotel was amazing and rooms were really spacious and impeccably maintained. The care exhibited by staff in the maintenance of the property was very evident. We were fortunate to have a room with a mountain view, providing a great sight from the balcony.

Very nice hotel, quiet, good beds and close to the centre. The lady at the reception speaks really good English and was very helpfull. You can buy tickets for Fansipan at the hotel which was really convenient. We had to leave early to catch a bus to Bach Ha and they provided breakfast before breakfast time, which we really appreciated.
