Next to the beach, clean and cosy. Check-in / Door code worked well (didn't see any person there during my stay). Perfectly sized and equipped little room with comfortable bed and balcony. No issues with parking or wifi.

At first I was a bit anxious about the fact there is no one to welcome you but everything works great. Rooms are beautifully decorated, well equipped and very spacious. the public areas are also great and very pampering with many options of free beverages, hot and cold, snacks and cookies and all that is needed (silverware, cups, etc.). the lounge with the fire place is very cozy and inviting. Unfortunately it was freezing outside so we did not take advantage of the public sitting areas outside but these also look very inviting and facing a natural forest. It is really evident the owners have tried to think of every littler details. Like packs of conversation cards in various places, board games, books, treats in the room, and many more. Well located on the gateway to white mountains and also in Lincoln, quite close to many restaurants. In summary, a great option for staying at the Lincoln area.

The breakfast was really good and the staff very accommodating. The rooms were so spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. The bathroom was very top notch and the shower was amazing.

New Hampshire is always a favorite place to visit. The mountains and streams are beautiful, especially in the fall. Lincoln has lots of interesting little shops, a good variety of places to eat and some typical "tourist attractions". I particularly enjoy the hiking, camping and other natural attractions. If attending a major event, like the Highland Games, be prepared for parking away from the event and dealing with very large crowds. However, the shuttle buses that were used for the Games worked great and saved a lot of gas and frustration.
The area is great for couples or families. There are plenty of beaches to visit, the views are beautiful and there are lots of places to eat, get a cocktail, etc. Our favorite restaurant is the Laconia Local Eatery - delicious food and cocktails! The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion is minutes away and is a lovely place to see a concert. We've been to Weir's Beach two years in a row and are planning to make it an annual trip.
Great town, great shopping, great people, great food. What more could we ask for in a New Hampshire vacation?
Lincoln is a great location to make your "home base" while visiting the Franconia Notch area in NH. It is within 5 minutes of many great hiking trails, and 15 minutes from the Cannon Mountain Tram (which I highly recommend!). The views from the top of Cannon Mountain are truly breathtaking. The scenic Kangamangus Highway is right there as well! There are many great local restaurants and ice cream shops close by. We had so much fun, our family is already planning our next trip to Lincoln and the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

The hotel was close to attractions of new hampshire. Definitely going back every fall. The sceneries are beautiful. Quite peaceful town and a must to go for relaxation or trip with the family and friends. Food is not issue. There will always be a resto somewhere.
Lived in New Hampshire for 16 years and moved back home to east end of Long Island. Portsmouth is my favorite location and a stunning town. I am unhappy about how built up it has become however. Too many hotels and condos.
Nice area in New Hampshire... Pool was too far from room and not in the property... Other outside hotel groups were in the pool.. Way too crowded! We were looking for a quiet weekend in the pool but it was chaos! We couldn't go in it one night!😡
Possibly one of the most beautiful areas in New Hampshire. To be able to enjoy a fine meal while observing the beauty of nearby Lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains on the horizon is something every traveler should experience. Breathtaking scenery, great food, and wonderful, friendly people.
Jackson is an awesome little town in New Hampshire, with amazing views. The people at The Shannon Pub we're very inviting, and you can tell it's a very close nit community, which only adds to the experience. The hotel was great, as well, providing 2 separate heating options; a fire place and central air unit. It also had a hot tub/spa bath and a reading light, which I thought was a nice touch.
I did not have the breakfast...seemed expensive. The location was just ok. It seemed like it was on the edge of town with nothing interesting nearby. But this was a very short trip and I mainly had to spend my time in Exeter, which was about 30 miles away from this hotel in Manchester, New Hampshire. The availability of food was on limited hours in the hotel and not much walkable from there.
Literally 10 min away from the Pinkham Notch trailhead. Loved the location and this hotel is one of not too many that I really liked. My room had everything we needed except a refrigerator which would be a nice thing to have in July. But overall, I am very impressed by how the things are handled and everything is taken care of. Number 1 on my list in New Hampshire. 10 out of 10!
The property is located on Lake Winnipesaukee with convenient access to a local beach and marina. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance to the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, so we were able to walk to a concert there and avoid the long delays of trying to exit the parking lot after the sold out Noah Kahan concert we attended.

We went to New Hampshire for the Junefeastivial at Santa's Village and wanted to try to do something different other than staying in a Hotel room. This was a little cabin with an awesome view of the mountains. It had bunk beds and a queen bed, dishes, fridge and a stove top. It was a cute little place and a fun experience.

All the things you want in a hotel stay....great breakfast, comfortable bed in beautiful, clean room, quiet street and really helpful, informative host. A great location too for all New Hampshire has to offer. Take the owners great advice and eat at The Common Man, we loved the place and the food.
Good location in Portsmouth, which is a great city to stroll around the boutique shops, port and soak up a little history. More economical than other hotels along the south Maine/New Hampshire coast. Breakfast included.
North Conway
Super charming, cozy and beautiful option for visiting New Hampshire. The team is also super friendly and kind. Also, just close to the hotel there’s a pub with wonderful IPA beers. Definitely a place to return.
The hotel itself looks like a castle. Then when you enter the building you're treated like royalty. They are beyond friendly and helpful. I won't stay anywhere else when in New Hampshire.
The room was comfortable, clean, the staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel was in a convenient location near Manchester Airport, The Mall of New Hampshire, and several restaurants.
The hotel is very conveniently located right off the first exit New Hampshire. The front desk is helpful in checking in and when I needed linen, they swapped it out with me.
The hotel was central to the things that i came to New Hampshire to experience. The breakfast was NOT the best, but our room had a kitchen so we cooked our own.

The dinner and service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. The gift shop was so much fun. The bath tabs were super deep and large. The view was so pretty.
We loved the adult area jacuzzi overlooking the lake. Our room was gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious!
Perfect location on the Hampton Beach Strip.
The check in was easy. The place was so close to the beach and activities. The room was clean.
