The beds are extremely comfortable along with the pillows. The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the balcony was also nice. It was set back off the road and was very quiet.

Moderate motel, as expected for the price we paid. Good for short stay, for longer I’d prefer something more comfortable. Clean room, very helpful and knowledgeable staff at front desk.

Beautiful and unique spot. We were looking for a place to spend the typically busy February vacation week that wouldn't break the bank. Enter Lumen.
The cabins are really lovely and very nordic in style. Our 4-year-old was obsessed with his loft bed. The kitchen was well-appointed and the induction cooktop was very easy to use and clean. The location was great for us-- about 25 minutes from Waterville Valley where we skied. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the bathhouse and appreciated the bathroom amenities!
My first glamping experience and it was so amazing! With the level of comfort inside the tents, I couldn't really believe that I was in the woods. The property is gorgeous with stunning views. It was perfect for exploring with the kids. There is a bathhouse on the property that seems brand new, fully renovated and it felt like I was in a 5-star hotel I would definitely come back next season!
As the golf club was closed for the season, the resort is very quiet which was perfect for what we were looking for. Close proximity to Lincoln and Littleton where we could visit without having to stay and deal with traffic. Clean, quiet and affordably priced. Great pancake place nearby in Thornton was an added plus!
Glamping in every sense of the word- beautiful facilities- we stayed in one of the tents and it was incredible- so comfortable and luxurious. We also used both saunas- a great addition- especially the one near the pond. Our tent was also right by the little waterfall so we fell asleep to the sounds of the river.
the 3 bedroom living space was perfect for the family. The kids liked the pool and the game room too, I just wish the hours it was open was better. I love how close it was to Lincoln .
