Sarah and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating to my son and I. Moving us from our downtown location to be more pool adjacent made the trip very exciting for my child. The room and grounds were clean and more than adequate, with a homelike quality. We will most certainly be back sometime in the near future.

The location is perfect for walking to downtown. The host was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was cooked to order and very nice. It was our first stay in a bed and breakfast and was very positive.

Everything was great. We have stayed there many times over the past 30 years. Love everything about this place. They are very sweet and understanding with a special request.
Love this place.

2. A better toilet paper holder this one was terrible
3. Have complementary water in the fridge was nice.
4. A/c worked great Oh noise, we could hear noise above us late night and early morning from guest above was a little annoying.
Bed was great no issues
Shower was excellent with no issues
Staff was excellent and very professional.
Would recommend this to friends and family.
If to visit that area again we would most likely stay.

Staying at Lake Winnipesaukee is always a pleasure.
Staying at Lake Winnipesaukee is always a pleasure. In addition to the natural beauty, there are many options for dining and sightseeing. We particularly enjoyed the boat ride offered by the New Hampshire Boat Museum, as well as the Wright WW2 Museum. The are many antique shops in the vicinity, as well as a local farmer's market. We enjoyed eating at Wolf Trap, East of Suez, and Morrisey's.

Wolfeboro is a cute walkable town.
Wolfeboro is a cute walkable town. We enjoyed coffee at Harmony coffee and ate at Marker 21 a couple of times. The Bay Diner is good too for diner food. We ate at Shipley's in Alton Bay. We hiked Mount Major, a very challenging hike, went to the Loon Center and hiked and saw Castle in the clouds. Also took the foliage train ride which we enjoyed. Beautiful time of year to be in NH. Would definitely go back.

They lied about distance from Guilford and refused to give us full refund claiming that they wouldn't be able to rent the room. However, I overhead front desk taking numerous phone calls requesting a room for that night!

Wolfeboro is a “Hallmark” town.
Wolfeboro is a “Hallmark” town. This is a typical New England lake town with all its beauty and charm. There are many cute stores for shopping, lots of ice cream, wonderful restaurants and even a brewery/pub.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wolfeboro Inn, even though it was just for one night. The hotel is beautifully situated by Lake Winnipesaukee, and the rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. Every detail feels carefully considered, making the atmosphere both cozy and charming. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would have loved to stay longer to enjoy more of what the inn and the area have to offer! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wolfeboro.
Topsides B&B was a great base for a weekend in Wolfeboro. It was a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Wolfeboro and many restaurants and shops along the harbor. Right next to Brewster Academy, several guests were parents of students. Hearty breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast, as well as yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit. Extensive coffee/tea station available 24/7. Beautiful, large porch out back with lots of comfortable seating. Private off-street parking lot. Cindy and Dennis were friendly hosts.
A quirky place - tall ceilings, but very low stair rails. Centrally located for visiting Lake Winnipesaukee, which is beautiful. The exterior & interior fall decorations at the hotel were pretty. The town itself is quiet. Found a great lakeside restaurant on our 2nd night.
I had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and had an older small town hotel charm to it that reminded me a bit of travels with family when I was younger. The location was convenient for a traveler passing through Wolfeboro.
