Akwaba Lodge features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in The Gap. Among the various facilities of this property are water sports facilities and a private beach area. We stayed in the Jungle lodge house, which is in a perfect location, a little further away from the main building. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch early in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the water and a beautiful nature around. Sunrise and sunset at Akwaba lodge are amazing! Natali and JC are wonderful hosts - very attentive and ready to help at any moment. We also enjoyed evenings and dinners: great atmosphere, excellent cocktails and food (special thank you to a great chef Rodger), music and delicious desserts. We had a wonderful time at Akwaba lodge. Thank you!

With garden views, Carmen's place is located in Bastimentos and has a restaurant and luggage storage space. The property features sea and lake views. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. We had a room in a house on a hill in the forest overlooking the sea. Lying in the hammock was really relaxing. Birds singing and the murmur of the sea. The owners from Holland are very friendly. Carmen is an excellent cook, at the same time a very nice and helpful hostess. She will be happy to advise you and help organize trips and transfers by water taxi. The joint dinners were a great experience both gastronomic and social.

Great,fresh breakfast with tasty local ingredients. Brian, Daniel and Choco were extremely kind , accommodating and helpful.
