Favorite part was the location. I went to a game at Arizona State University and it was only about six blocks away. Breakfast is priced separately from the hotel bill, but was not very high-priced and was well-made. I had a breakfast burrito. Comfortable room and spacious. There are a number of restaurants on the adjacent roads and there is a CVS right next door. If you choose it for travel, the street car has a stops in Tempe with one near the hotel. I think it is the same one that passes and has a stop for the Phoenix airport.

The breakfast was better than most places we stayed. They even allowed my daughter to get breakfast before they opened for everyone else since the time they opened was the time we had to be on the road to her Gymnastic competition. All of the staff at this location was very helpful and went beyond what they had to to make our trip turn out to be great even though it had started out horrible due to the other hotel that was booked before this one. I would recommend anyone to book with this property anytime they are traveling to Arizona.

It was a nice apartment feeling and the breakfast was ok. I loved it was across the street from the Arizona Mills mall and nearby the hole in a rock and other stuff. I actually love the place and would book here again and may even in the future use this place as a temporary apartment. It was close to the hole in the rock and phoenix zoo. Also food places were close by if you don't know how to drive and didnt feel like spending a pretty penny to get food. Great place for a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Very quiet and relaxing.

We are a german american family that makes regular trips to Arizona and when we visit family up north, we stay here! It's not luxurious, but it absolutely has everything one needs. It really is a great place for a night. The service is impeccable (Ian, keep up the great work!), the location is optimal and the kids love the pool. Additionally, we enjoy the comfy beds! I can also highly recommend the restaurant across the street, next to the gas station. I will always come back here when we are passing through Flagstaff.

I always read hotel reviews. This hotel exceeded them! Friendly staff, very comfortable, fabulous breakfast choice, every where clean including the well kept gardens and the pool area. Staff obviously take pride in working here. Area was safe and quiet with easy access to shops, cinema n food all in walking distance. The hotel also offered free food n drink social meets 3 days a week. We will definitely be staying here for our future trips to Arizona! Thank you to all the staff who work here

The location of the hotel is excellent for access to Arizona State University. The room was large, as were the bathroom, living area and kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The light rail runs right outside, and the benefit is that if you are fit and healthy, it costs only a few dollars to get from Sky Harbour to the hotel. I took a taxi, and that was $70, but after a long intercontinental flight, I just wanted to get there. Uber would have been cheaper

This was our first night in Arizona (from England). We loved it, after a long journey the view was restful, there are multiple pools so you can watch the sun set and rise from the water. If feels like the hotel has thought of everything, there's different spaces to relax in, food can be ordered almost anywhere. The staff were really friendly - gave great tips on what to do locally as we sat enjoying cocktails listening to live music. Would stay again and again.

It is a friendly and creative hotel close to the Arizona State University and at less than 1 mile from Tempe downtown, but there is a free tramway taking you there in few minutes. It is expressely oriented towards inclusion and against any discrimination of races, countries and sexual orientations. It has in the common lot fine decorations, interesting books and a fantastic swimming pool. The rooms are well equipped and artistically arranged.

Second visit to this hotel and the experience was even better than the first time. It's the best location of any hotel, best environment beautiful grounds and old trees and plants throughout the property, the grounds are meticulously cared for, but not like a modern hotel this one has charm and character. There is not a better hotel in Arizona and I've stayed at quite a few, it's a must visit.

This hotel location was great. 5 minute drive to the Phoenix Zoo. Thirty minute drive to arizona game and fish expo, which happens in March . The staff were very nice. All the facilities were clean. Our room was very clean. The parking lot was very well lit and safe for vehicles to park. The free complimentary breakfast in the morning was very great and convenient.

In Tucson, there are many decent hotels at very reasonable prices, and this hotel is one of them. The facilities, services, and cleanliness were impeccable. The parking lot was excellent, providing ample shade to prevent my car from overheating in the intense Arizona heat. Additionally, having a Starbucks on the first floor truly brightened my mornings.

We stayed here twice on our visit to Arizona. The rooms were very spacious and clean and all the amenities that we needed. We also like the breakfast buffet in the morning, which offers a variety of breakfast options, from bacon and eggs to pancakes. The location of the hotel was handy to the airport and all we wanted to do in the Phoenix area.

Location and price were the key factors for us; we visited to the Grand Canyon early the next day. that said, we loved the style of the Hotel, which fitted well in this Arizona town. An experience we will never forget. We arrived late, so we were grateful for the clear instructions to get into our room, which was nice and warm.

I recently stayed at this property and had a nice overall experience. The location is fantastic—close to everything I needed—and the apartment itself was cute and easy to access. It had a cozy atmosphere that made the stay pleasant and comfortable for the most part. The space had potential to be a great getaway spot in Arizona.

The pool area connected to the hotel is really nice, and even though its just by a bigger road, you cant really tell. All the staff i met was wonderful. On the weekends they also open a rooftop bar that was really nice. Also they have a popsicle bar thats very cute and nice in the Arizona heat !

Water amenities and slides...I thought it was way overpriced...$600/ night plus parking fee Should not charge for parking with all the space you have there I think this is very greedy on hotels owners to charge $600 a night in Arizona or other great brands of hotels are charging $200 a night

The location was great, and the staff was nice. Our villa was excellent. We felt like home. Not no ordinary "hotel". All the amenities you can ask for , the place was clean. Kids enjoyed, and so did we. Definitely, if we come back to Sedona,Arizona, we are staying here for sure.

Nice cold pool lol. The area around the pool was very nice. Lots of students due to ASU. Locating fob was no problem. Washer and dryer were really large. Location great streetcar right outside. Lots of nice restaurants. Bed was comfortable. The Arizona room on the 9th floor was great.

Hotel is located near grills and bars. Its just around 10 USD by Uber to Arizona Mills and another 10 mins to the premium outlets. It's better to have the breakfast option cos you can choose anything from the breakfast menu. Weekend brekky is amazing - don't miss it!

Very polite and helpful hotel staff, spacious and clean room, small but very comfortable balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and desert surrounding the hotel, clean and well-appointed hotel pool, the character of Arizona reflected in every piece of this facility
