The location was very good. All staff were nice and friendly. However, the room was very cold, and we did not know how we could adjust the room temperature. I hoped that we could ask them earlier since it was snowing. Also, their breakfast was nice and good.

The city is so beautiful and has a lot of options for wals and parks for our girls. We've visited the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. We discovered buffalo park, which is a great location to play in the snow or take a hike.

It was clean and comfortable enough, unfortunately the price doubled from my booking until check in, I requested a downstairs room because I have lung issues and was denied that request, parking was odd, like we had to park far away from our room the spaces close to our room were blocked for some reason.

The weather in Flagstaff was very nice while we visited.
The weather in Flagstaff was very nice while we visited. The people we encountered from there were very friendly. Loved the pine trees and rolling terrain, it is very pretty there. There are lots of areas to access for hiking and sight seeing near the area and are easily accessible. We found 3 restaurants that we enjoyed, Fat Olives, Salsa Brava and Tavernas. The food was very good with friendly wait staff.

Came out of the grand canyon. I got a room.
Came out of the grand canyon. I got a room. I have been there before so not a huge deal. But I was going to tool around a bit. But I found myself on the road to my next stop. And even though I could have easily turned around. I did not.
I just continue my travels

The owner Sonja was great. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her sheets and towels are exceptional, better than some I have had a luxury hotels in Europe. She provided a small folding table and chairs so we could work and eat in the room. Close to a wide variety of restaurants close by and the historic part of Flagstaff is a comfortable walk.
This is a nice, clean chain hotel. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was good and exactly what you would expect - eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. It is located in an area of other chain hotels and is a safe, easy walk to the downtown area. I would not hesitate to stay again.
The hotel and the room are beautifully designed. Very luxurious feel to it.
The staff on reception were very nice and helpful.
We liked the complementary transfer to our car hire pick up point.
