Manager was terrific! We had to leave before breakfast, but he kindly gave us packaged muffins the night before so the kids could have breakfast. He also gave us excellent advice for restaurant dinner.

Williams was a great town. Very helpful visitors center.
Williams was a great town. Very helpful visitors center. Many shops and places to eat. Great place to have as your home base while you travel to Grand Canyon and surrounding sites. We would travel throughout the day and than come back and eat in town. Loved talking to the locals.

Excellent location.
Excellent location. You could walk to everything, supermarket close by. The only thing we found a bit annoying was the sound of the aircon unit. Pretty old and ranghy and couldn’t hear a conversation when the AC was on :) also the beds were very uncomfortable. The hotel was clean, check in was easy, the gentleman at the reception was very friendly. Overall we loved our stay in Williams. Short drive to the Grand Canyon

I have been many times as I have friends in the area. If not going to the Canyon, 1 day and night is enough to explore the town. Good starting point for exploring Northern Arizona. Very walkable town. They need a good Chinese Restaurant ( not Sushi).

There are so much to do for my teens.
The zoo, the boutiques, the roller coaster and the restaurants are some of the things my teens enjoyed.

If you’re not staying to go to the Grand Canyon, then there’s very little to do. Apart from restaurants and gift shops, the old town has nothing. Not their fault but a symptom of having the highway bypass them years ago.

Williams is an interesting little town, I wish they had more vegan and vegetarian options but I still enjoyed my stay. I'm definitely going to return. They have hiking inside of the city limits: a mile off the main strip. They have an awesome within the Williams City limits.

A very pleasant qwerky good old style " mom and pop" hotel. Small rooms but very pleasant if your looking for an all singing, all dancing hotel with all tge modern facilities thus isn't the place but if you want a really friendly welcome and a true feel of nostalgia fir Route66 then this is the place for you. We loved it and would definitely stay again as well as recommending it to any one wanting to stay in Williams AZ.
Loved the quirky character of the building and its history. So much more interesting than staying in a hotel or motel. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was big and the water pressure in the shower was better than most other places I've stayed. It's right in the heart of Williams too.
The Receptionist Ben was friendly & exceptionally helpful with local information when checking in.
Comfortable room. Williams is a fantastic place on Route 66 for a one night stop - loved it
New, modern, detached cabins, attention to detail, history was amazing, remote but easy access, good facilities, location good to access both Grand Canyon and Williams
