I went for my birthday with a group of 6! We got 2 double rooms, and they had comfy beds and were beautifully decorated. Honestly, every corner of the hotel is stunning (they even have a custom scent in the lobby!). We loved that you had everything you needed at the resort - there's an amazing pool, spa, relaxing lounge areas, great food and drinks, and even a complimentary shuttle. We rented a cabana and had a pool day, got a group massage, and were able to take the shuttle to nearby restaurants and bars. Everything was worth the price, and we all would 10/10 would go again.

This was our first trip to Scottsdale and we loved every minute of it! We visited Old Town, did lots of shopping, ate some great food, rode ATV’s, lots of sightseeing, enjoyed the pool, the sunny weather, and the people were very welcoming! Wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be back soon!

I always love coming here, better than Vegas as it is more relaxed and easy going with lots of restaurants, bars and places to shop your socks off. A couple of bars I loved were Porters Western Saloon, Birdie was great to chat to and served some great Beers and Whiskies, Karsen's Grill was great too, I got some very tasty chicken wings along with some really good recommendations on beers. The Grapevine Restaurant & Karaoke bar was brilliant fun, if you like to listen to Karaoke go here. Some of the singers were brilliant.
Shopping & accommodation for all budgets. Fashion square is great, plenty of choices.
Some of the best golf courses you can play are here. My top two recommendations would be Quintero golf course & Troon North either 18. Both are simply brilliant.

Old town was very walkable and easy to get around without a car. Old town is very much a tourist area, food is below average at most of the restaurants, pricey and service is lacking all around Scottsdale- pack your own snacks. Lots of art shops however they don't keep regular hours so many were not open.

This was an unplanned impromptu stay for 1.5 days between flights. We only had time to see the Botanical Gardens and the Heard Native American museum. Both were excellent! We would like to come back and explore the old town and other areas in the future.
We chose Hyatt Place because it seemed a nice, economical place to stay only a couple miles from the Mayo Clinic where I had a procedure the next day. Once there, we found it to be lovely. It is spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable. A substantial breakfast in a beautiful room was included in our booking, a cut above free breakfasts at other chain hotels. The staff was extremely gracious, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Mayo.
Our apartment was spacious, well appointed and comfy. Hotel amenities were great with swimming pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, workout area and plenty of common areas to relax in and picturesque rooftop lounge. Complimentary coffee and water provided in lobby area. Great location to Old Town Scottsdale with plenty of art galleries and restaurants, across the street from Fashion Square and close to Sky Harbor Airport.

Location was excellent, and afforded the opportunity to walk all over old town Scottsdale safely day and night. Underground parking was an added bonus. Rooms were all quiet, clean, and comfortable.
The pools were amazing. The quiet one off to the side felt like a mini oasis with the beautiful fountain in the back. Hotel had lots of character and was in a great location.
