Excellent 1 bedroom apartment has its own privacy, about 10 mins walk from main kotor bay area, view from across the property by the of bay area is amazing can sit n admire the bay and high mountains in background, Apartment had all the required amenities on kitchen, fridge utensils etc which is handy, a small dining table and chairs as well with huge L shaped sofa, there is AC in living room, but not in bedroom, bas heatinf radiotors as well. Overall stay was good The owners are lovely people and would definetly stay if i plan to go back

The apartment was a perfect size and very well equipped for cooking family meals. Beds were very comfy and the air conditioning worked perfect. Pool area was very good and never too busy and very relaxing. The terrace in the apartment is perfect for sun in the morning and has a nice shaded area to eat in the evening if required. The terrace is very spacious. Location is good for visiting Montenegro and Kotor Bay area. Communication was excellent also and we had no trouble on arrival to find and access the place.

The hosts were so incredibly nice. We initially booked with another apartment and the other apartment told us last minute it was shared facilities. This was not ideal as we’re on honeymoon. The Los Olivos hosts were so incredible. As soon as we arrived they welcomed us, told us where we could go whilst waiting for our room to be ready. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. We loved having the washing machine there too. So handy. The location was so close to kotor bay and old town.

Excellent hotel, large and very clean rooms, hotel has a nice restaurant with lovely food and nice balcony seating overlooking Kotor Bay, not to forget the nice sun terrace along the river where you can relax, take a swim and enjoy your cocktail. The best part are the owners, very passionate about their business and a high informal service level, you really feel welcome at this place, we were lucky to start and finish our Montenegro holiday at Lavanda, many thanks for your hospitality.

The location is ideal, with stunning views of Kotor Bay (much nicer than the views from Kotor) the village is the ideal size for a relaxed holiday with still enough to do, and plenty of places to eat and drink. The charming village of Perast is also only 5mins away in the car. The Villa itself is literally a stone's throw from the water, is plenty big enough for a large family, has all the amenities you could wish for, and has the bonus of its own pool! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We liked everything. The owners were very nice and welcoming. The location is excellent. Theres a local market and a bakery 1min on foot. The sea is just across the apartment street and we had coffee there every morning and cruisers were passing on the other side of the bay to dock at Kotor bay. The view is stunning from there. The room was clean and tidy and it has everything you need and more. Kamenari is cozy and beautiful and we will visit Summer Time Apartments again.

Apartment was very comfortable, close to the old city centre, with the most beautiful view over Kotor Bay. The host was really kind and provided us with everything we needed. There is a washing machine in the flat which we found really useful as we were travelling for longer time. Each room has air conditioning. The Kotor Beach is also very close, indeed on the way back you need to climb, as the flat is on the hill, but for us it was not an issue.

Very spacious, clean, quiet, modern apartment with high ceilings and fantastic views of Kotor bay. As others have mentioned the huge terrace has stunning views of Kotor bay (in July started to get welcome shade around 1pm) - great place to watch the boats. Apartment is top floor of large house (but has its own entrance) set in a large mature garden. Owners were very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay. 15min walk to old town.

Beautiful property nestled in an old palace, with outstanding views of kotor bay. very quiet environment thanks to kotor being car-free. Food in the restaurant is excellent, as well as the wine list: congratulations to the chef and his team. We did not use pools as they were cold but had several saunas. Hotel staff are the true gem of this place: they are both very kind and very professional ! they made us feel like home :)

Among all apartments we have rented in Montenegro during our holidays, Ranko Apartment was the best! Very spacious room, kitchen and bathroom, everything well equipped and super clean. We loved the location which was close to many beautiful places around Kotor Bay. We enjoyed spending evenings on the balcony and very calm surroundings. The host was very nice and super helpful. We would love to come back to this place!

The apartment has everything we needed. It was very clean. Plus, it has a very beautiful view of Kotor Bay. Balcony of the apartment is very nice to spend time and have coffee. Apartment has private parking area which is a big plus in Kotor. WiFi quality was also quite nice. The owner helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Overall, this was one of our best stay in Montenegro.

It is a super clean, tidy and newly renovated one bedroom apartment. You can find whatever you expect from house. Great Location, you have all Kotor Bay, old town and the fortress wall view from balcony. The first chill out choice. 5 stars for host Anja and her mother Zana, 2 amazing ladies. helpful, warm-hearted, flexible as well.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped with super nice host! We got a parking spot in front of the Apartment, right at the Kotor bay. Owner got us two beach chair so we were comfortably chilling at the bay during our whole stay. Amazing view from the room. One of our favourite accomodations during our Montenegro trip!

Stunning views of Kotor bay from each room. Easy walk to old town center. Everything was perfect. The owner of the apartment is very gracious and offered hospitality on many occasions. He also left us a bottle of his family’s wine which was great! Also it was really nice having a parking spot in the garage.

We are very happy that we chose to stay in Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort. Everything was nice and peaceful in the hotel. We especially loved the beach area. From the first entrance till the last exit all personnel were very friendly. Special thanks to Boran Bilge who helped us a lot during our stay.

Really liked my stay in Risan, perfect getaway from busy and noisy Old Town. Way more relax than neighbouring town Perast, which is way more touristy. Really enjoyed staying at this location; nice view on Kotor Bay, everything is new inside the apartment, really good value for money.

Modern, very stylish apartments in an old villa, swimming pool is a good option for those who like to chill and Risan is a beautiful non commercial option in Kotor Bay. The owners are very kind and helpful. I fully recommend- the best place I stayed in my whole trip to Montenegro.

The apartment is new and very comfortable. The view of Kotor bay and the mountains is to die for. It’s an easy 1 mile walk into the Old City. Driving around Kotor is very difficult so staying near the city really helps. It’s a great value for the money.

Apartments were in great location, short walk to the beach, local supermarket and to “Porto Montenegro” were nice restaurants and bars are. Also only 30ish min drive by bus to Kotor Bay. Hosts offered a free transfer to and from airport

We stayed in a great apartment with fantastic views across the Kotor bay from the balcony, set in a quiet and peaceful location. Extremely friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. A speedboat to hire was an unexpected bonus!
