The building is located in a quiet village and in the center of the city and 5 minutes walk from the old town, where individual residential buildings and residential buildings for collective housing are mostly built. The building is 500 meters away from the old town, located for 4 minutes from taxi and bus stations, where there are views of several public bus lines, which provides a great connection with any part of the city. In the vicinity of the subject location are the Kamelia Shopping Center, several restaurants, cafes, wineries, banks, post offices, shops, shops, etc. The building itself is of modern design, built according to high standards of construction, quality materials, high degree of thermal and sound insulation. It is characterized by modern balconies with glass fences (with incredible views of the Kotor Bay) The facility has garages and private parking spaces, lift, as well as complete security systems. All you need to take is a good mood and indulge yourself in the whims of this beautiful place ..

In the heart of Boka, at the foot of the slopes of Lovćen, at the bottom of one of the most beautiful bays in the world, Kotor is a city of rich cultural traditions and one of the best preserved medieval urban parts of this part of the Mediterranean. The ancient Kotor enters as a fairytale - through the main - the Sea and North or South city doors. They all have their stories about Venetian providours, Turkish admirals, or an unusual system of three gates. All this testifies to the turbulent past of the city, which today harmoniously and lavishly combines all the different architectural influences and cultural and historical traces. If this is all for an interesting research holiday, it is worth knowing that Risan, the oldest settlement in Boka, is mentioned in the 3rd century BC. It is worthwhile to visit small, old fishing villages, nearby such as the ancient Perast, Orahovac, Morinj, Dobrota . The old city is talking about itself. Restaurants and taverns serving fish from the sea are at every step, and the young people in Kotor will find many places to spend, as the clubs and bars are among the best on the Montenegrin coast.
