Fantastic views across the bay. The hotel position is made even better by the food choice and quality and where possible use of island produce. All this is topped of with wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. A fabulous stay. I will definitely be returning to the Port Charlotte Hotel

Staff: took the time to remember our names before we even got there, super hospitable, and always make sure to prioritize the guests. They went above and beyond for any requests we had. Room: cleanliness & amenities felt like a hotel, decor felt like home, perfect mix Food/bar: local bar is right downstairs (but split from the hotel side if you just need entrance/exit), what else could you want. Food was really good as well. They also have a sister restaurant that books out down the street! This is our favorite hotel that we've ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back, thank you to everyone at Lochindaal!

Featuring a fitness centre and a garden, Machrie Hotel & Golf Links is situated just outside Port Ellen. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Very modern room in an excellent location. Golf was excellent. Views are stunning. Food is excellent. Staff are great.

Lochside hotel is situated in Bowmore and features a terrace. Featuring luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. Free WiFi is available. Good location, tidy and quiet room, good quality of food in the restaurant.

Niall was so welcoming and accomodating and the room is exactly as described with a gorgeous view of the beach and a stones throw from a restaurant, takeaway, pub, and post office! It is a perfect location to explore Islay and just around the corner from the start of the 3 distilleries walk.

Kilmeny's location may not be suitable for those guests without their own transport. Kilmeny is offering accommodation in Ballygrant. Margarethe and Plea were outstanding hosts. One of a kind. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The house is up on the hill with stunning views. Lovely garden with comfortable benches, where you can relish your favorite Whiskey, that you have discovered after visiting the distilleries. Highly recommended
