Port Charlotte Hotel is located in Port Charlotte on the shore of Loch Indaal. The conservatory and gardens open onto a sandy beach. Great staff, especially Lorna and Kate..Kitchen staff are very efficient. Loved the bar with live music. I especially loved all the artwork from Scottish artists. Food was wonderful

Located in Port Ellen, No. 1 Charlotte Street has a garden, shared lounge, bar, and free WiFi. The rooms in the hotel are fitted with a coffee machine. the warm welcome was appreciated , the manager was very specific re the facilities etc offered eat of or all the necessary utentils if we want to bring food in, breakfast was amazing, nice and quiet , room was lovely

Everything was superb and an excellent value. The room has all the facilities of a top-notch bed and breakfast, staff (the MacLellans, all wonderful) was super attentive and a joy to talk to. The heated floor in the bathroom felt like a game-changer. This property is one of a few where we'd be compelled to return to the location just to stay here. Truly rates as a 15 (at least) on a 10-scale.
