There, we had a re-welcome drink, perfected with humor and brilliant advice. We paid CHF 1140/night, and enjoyed the value. The 'two bedroom suite' offers privacies, yard with hanging wooden cocoon chairs, and balcony with panorama view.

We stayed in 4 different hotels during our Swiss trip and this one was by far the best even if it wasn’t the most expensive. Staff was very friendly - they upgraded our room and provided baby bed for free. The view from the room is incredible (we had mountains but there is a free access to the balcony on the third floor if you want to take pics of the waterfall). Location was perfect. Parking is very specious. Breakfast was great and the mood in the restaurant is very relaxed. They also have a tea/coffee available for free the whole day and a playgroup corner for kids. You can find a booklet with the information about the area/things to do and hiking routes in the room that we found very interesting and useful!

Gostei do estilo do hotel, todo de madeira, gostei dos funcionários Miro e da proprietária Nicole, muito atenciosos. Houve também garçons atenciosos. O restaurante tem boa comida. Gostamos do restaurante do hotel. A localização do hotel é boa, não é bem no centro, mas tem facil acesso a pe (aproximadamente 15 min) ou de ônibus, gratis pelo cartão fornecido pelo Hotel. O quarto é bem aconchegante. O hotel é pitoresco. Sair do hotel e dar de frente todo dia com a montanha Jungfrau é um diferencial.

Ótima localização próximo a Interlaken West. Perto de mercado e de frente para uma bela praça com vista para as montanhas e o hotel Victoria Jungfrau. Ótimos utensílios de cozinha, cama e móveis. Muito bem decorado e bem grande. Banheiro com apoio as toalhas aquecido. Ótimo guarda roupa no quarto.

Fiquei em um quarto no 1º andar com varanda espaçosa, com uma vista espetacular das montanhas Monch e Jungfrau. O suco de maçã no café da manhã é maravilhoso. Também merece destaque a manteiga

Além dos funcionários serem atenciosos, a cidade em que o hotel está localizado é linda. O hotel fica próximo da estação de trem que vem de Lautherbrunen e da que sobe para Jungfrauhoc.

The location was amazing. We had a fantastic view from the balcony. The room was cleaned regularly. The hotel offered breakfast. The lobby had a TV with different live camera views of the different tourist attractions. One of the staff gave us options of activities to do during our stay. Accessible bathrooms at the lobby area that were always cleaned. The hotel had a restaurant.
Vista maravilhosa, ótimo café da manhã, quarto espaço e com banheira separada, o hotel oferece buffet de bolos na parte da tarde, não provei, pois estava passeando pela cidade, minha estadia foi de apenas um dia. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, também te buscam e te levam para a estação de trem.
Bem em frente à estação de trem. Quartos bons, com varanda. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. A parte da frente do SPA é muito boa, com a paisagem das montanhas nevadas e da rua logo abaixo, e tem uma "Naked Area" - que eu não gosto, então não posso opinar por não ter ido. No segundo andar tem uma área com sofás, lareira e uma mesa de sinuca. Bem agradável. Quartos limpos, café da manhã bom.

We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.
