Excellent bathroom. Very clean in the room. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - in the center of the town. The restaurant serves delicious food. The friendly waitress advised what to choose for dinner, she guessed my food preferences and was very friendly and polite. I really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant.

The hotel is in a great location in town. It is close to many stores and restaurants and a short walk to the trains. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and very helpful with directions and suggestions. The breakfast was great offering a good variety of breakfast foods, eggs, bacon, fresh bread, yogurt, etc. The rooms though a little dated were very clean and spacious.
Fantastic view point and breakfast are goods
The hotel location is incredibly convenient, being near to train station and just a short walk away from the stunning Lauterbrunnen falls and other scenic spots. Waking up in the morning felt like being in a fairy tale or story book with perfectly picturesque views from the window that were simply breath taking.
The staff was super friendly, making the cold snowy day warm and cozy. The place was spotless (I even checked under the bed), and the amenities were on point. Highly recommend!

I've been to 6 hotels during this trip and Arenas resort was definately the best of them. Clean. Super comfy beds, warm room despite the cold weather in Wengen. Great view from the hotel room. Great breakfast.
The staff were extremely professional, friendly but also respecting privacy. I travelled with my german shepard, and experienced one of the doggie friendliest hotel. Bed, bowls and even a beefstick provided. I wasn’t corrected for letting my dog walk with no leash. But since my dog walks next to me at all times, i don’t see the need. Again they used common sense which shows the professionality of this establishment. The Beau Rivage is extremely clean, but I do expect that in places like this. But what really gave a signature to their cleanliness is the poolwater. It is fresh, clean and steril in smell. I would like to fantasize they use pure glacier water, at least I felt like that in comparison to like every other Hotel.
Beautifully designed rooms and spaces, friendly and helpful staff, delicious healthy local food, beautiful spa, stunning view! Ski slopes all the way to the hotel. Free car park, and bus stop in front of the hotel. Wonderful place to stay!!

Was very good location and the most beautiful view.
Great terrace for breakfast enjoying the views over the lake and the mountains. Nice spot for swimming in the lake right in front of the hotel. Very well connected with Interlaken West station, just a few minutes by bus. Transport ticket for local transport in Interlaken area (rail&bus) included in your stay (as usual in Switzerland).
Every thing was just amazing, to a point where in decided to expand my vacation , how ever the hotel was fully booked, and they manage to extend 1 night only .
