Quetzal Dorado Eco-Lodge by Mareygua is located in Los Naranjos, only 1.5 km away from the entrance of Tayrona National Park in El Zaino. Everything was perfect - we had an amazing stay, the room and the whole hotel complex was super pretty, the staff was always very friendly and supportive with all questions. we also booked a massage which was very nice and the view from all points of the hotel is incredible.

The rooms are separate buildings amongst the trees so it felt very private. The views of the surrounding mountains and greenery are stunning. Everything was clean. The pool and common area are great as well! We were particularly grateful for the help and friendliness of the staff - they were amazing! The food offered by the lodge (breakfast and dinner) is great but there are also other restaurants nearby to switch things up. It is close to the Tayrona entrances, which was great! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Amazing place in the middle of the jungle, 15/20 mins walking from the bus stop. Rooms are really comfortable and clean, food is incredible and the chocolate is made with 100% real Colombian cacao. Recommend this place for everyone, families, solo travelers or couples!

Such a unique location! Only 6 'nests' so it truly is a boutique experience. The food (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there) was so fresh and healthy and yummy. Also loved the sunset cocktails with the view over the coffee plantation. The staff / owners were so nice. I think this is one of the most memorable stays I have ever had.

Offering a private beach area, Playa Pikua Ecolodge is a solar-powered property situated in Guachaca between two rivers and the Caribbean sea. The place is quite quiet, the parties are around but the police is really peaceful, for couples are perfect. They don’t sell food sou you have to go to the restaurants close by. It is perfect. You can go for party to costeño beach that is like 2 minutes walking and come back to the peace of the hotel . The room are bungalows made of wood so it is beautiful. The sea is strong but if you know how to swim there is not problem. I did .

What makes this place so great, as so many have alluded to, is Fiona and Helmut - lovely, hospitable hosts who do everything they can to make you feel welcome. Loved the breakfasts and Helmut’s cooking in the evening was excellent too. The location is just magnificent and the views from the Finca and from the poolside are unforgettable - banana trees, jungle and the beautiful coastline. It is a rustic place but with lots of beautiful touches and a great spot from which to totally unwind and escape - though we also used it as a base to explore nearby Tayrona National Park and Palomino, both short bus rides away from the bottom of the hill. Thank you guys for sharing your slice of paradise with us, we miss it already!

We had such a great experience during our stay and felt so happy and comfortable. The apartment was so beautiful, peaceful and clean. The owners were so lovely and helped us with everything we needed plus they gave us some great recommendations for the surrounding areas!! They also cooked us a big delicious breakfast every morning and they made something different each day! The value for money is really great 😁

Superb little cabaña in the middle of the jungle. Wake up to the sound of birds and monkeys. I spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony, as well as talking to Jorge and his family. They are wonderful hosts, very kind and generous. It's a happy place!
