Incredible view (a small hike of around 20 min uphill to get there but for us this was part of the whole experience and actually really cool - but you have to consider this if you have heavy luggage or injuries) and you will have the accommodation basically for yourself, which makes it an unique experience. Polo was the greatest host. He cooked delicious meals for us and showed us his cacao/fruit farm. Definitely recommend to do the tour with him.

Set in Minca, 19 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino and 22 km from Santa Marta Gold Museum, Minca Glamping offers accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a terrace and mountain views. Such an amazing place! I'd stay there forever if I could hahaha!😁 Was so nice to wake up with the sun in the morning, hearing the roosters and birds, and the nearby stream!😍 Nature everywhere, far from the crowd and noise, if you look for a relax - it's a perfect place! If you're animal lover, like me - perfect place too!😊 there were little chicks and cats, hens, turkeys, turtles, lizards, humming birds!😍 if you don't like insects though - it might be a bit challenging hahah, as they live there too, but there are nets everywhere, even covering the beds, so although I'm not the fan of them, it wasn't hard to survive!😆 the place is located some 20 minutes walking from the centre of Minca, it's better to bring backpack instead of suitcase - but anyway you can always count on the help of Nore and Carlos!😊 They're such nice people, very helpful, caring, making you feel like home, aaaand there's also Antonella - super cute little girl that gave me such a warm welcome, caught chicks for me, introduced me to the cats and her little turtle, and help me with moving my stuff to the other hut as I was given an upgrade!😁 There were some works going on near my hut so I was asked if I wanna change the hut for the better one!😄 Both of them were lovely though, lots of space inside, comfy big beds, everything clean - couldn't wish for more!🥰 It's like a little paradise and if I'm ever in Minca again - I know where to go!😊

Boasting a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and views of the mountain, Hierba Buena Eco Hostel is situated in El Zaino and features accommodation with free WiFi. The room we stayed in was beautiful. The place is nice and chilled. The staff was very helpful and kind, they told us great tips for routes and places to get food. The whole place is very cute having a nice swimming pool, beautiful garden and very intimate and not at all crowded natural pools in a river 5min up the path. There is a restaurant next door, called doña Marta, which is a must. Local economic authentic food. Easy to get there with public transport. In conclusion, although it is a 10 min walk from the main road, it was definitely worth taking the time to find the place.
