With city views, Hostal Sierra Minca is set in Minca and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Frokostene og middagene vi fikk var veldig gode; det er flere alternativer til hvert måltid. Man må booke middagsalternativ på forhånd, men så lenge man er på hostellet til riktig tid er det ikke et stort problem. Plasseringen er veldig kul, oppe i jungelen. Det gjør at man må ta motorbike for å komme dit og ikke har andre restauranter eller butikker i nærheten, men det er fin utsikt fra hostellet og mange stedet å ligge og slappe av. Bassenget var godt oppvarmet og rent.

An amazingly peaceful, tranquil, jungle escape that was exactly what I was looking for. This property is absolutely gorgeous! I liked that it was off the beaten track but still nice and close to the main road to walk to beaches or catch a bus to various sites. Incredible value, lovely breakfast, and only 3 or 4 rooms so it has a nice intimate guesthouse feel. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking and I loved the balcony to watch the sunset and hummingbirds. I stayed in the queen room close to the main dwelling and it was comfortable, but definitely try to reserve one of the standalone king room bungalows, they are absolutely magic! I didn’t want to leave and kept extending my stay. Johanna the host is very friendly too. The actual walk from the main road to the property was more like 12-15mins so really not that far (but yes steep and uneven in parts) and totally worth it for the peace and beauty.

Great place to spend couple nights and enjoy the experience of staying inside a forest with a view of ocean from the top. Be in good physical shape as you'll be walking on stone paved slight uphill road for about 25 mins. You'll be crossing 4 shallow puddles. I recommend good trail shoes. Flip flops is a big no no. I highly recommend Polo's cacao tour on his property. Get set for a different experience from the rest and one that you'll remember for many years going forward.

Located in Minca in the Magdalena region and Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino reachable within 30 km, Terramia Estate provides accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private... Stayed here for 3 nights and it was superb! The location and the views are stunning and the ‘nest’ was very bright and cosy with a great big glass window to enjoy the view. We had all food made for us and it was truly delicious made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Daniel was incredibly kind and helpful with everything, including last minute requests. Thanks for a fantastic few days!

The cabins were spacious and beautiful, beds comfortable, the beach perfect and great to swim in, even for our small kids. The outdoor was really nice as well with lots of palm trees, hammocks, beanbags and lying beds. And the staff was really helpful and friendly.. there are 3 great hikes you can do from the hotel.

Set in Minca, 19 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino and 22 km from Santa Marta Gold Museum, Minca Glamping offers accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a terrace and mountain views. My favorite place that we stayed in Columbia. The location is breath taking, safe, and walking distance from Minca village. It took us 20 mins to walk from our favorite restaurant Lazy Cat to the house. The whole area is fenced and you will get a key for the gate. There's a solid bamboo bridge for crossing the river, which was calm and shallow at the time. We enjoyed every walk, especially by night and I recommend to take a head torch with you. It's a great experience to stay in the jungle, separated from mosquitos and other insects but almost outside, because part of the house construction are nets. You can watch the mountains, nature and moon from your bed. In the morning you will be awakened by a gang of chickens and turkeys:D. The rooster is definitely the king of jungle in this area. The place is spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The hosts are such lovely, responsive, helpful and welcoming folks. We enjoyed the simple but delicious breakfast and fresh fruits. There are many attractions and hikes nearby. Thank you for a wonderful time and memorable experience ♥️

Boasting a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and views of the mountain, Hierba Buena Eco Hostel is situated in El Zaino and features accommodation with free WiFi. I stayed at Hierbabuena after three days in Tayrona park. It was the perfect place to relax and recover after the trekking days. The cabin is not only beautiful but also very comfortable and clean. Piedad, the owner, really takes care of every guest and prepares delicious meals. The atmosphere is calm and the garden and pool perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend.

Offering a private beach area, Playa Pikua Ecolodge is a solar-powered property situated in Guachaca between two rivers and the Caribbean sea. The place is quite quiet, the parties are around but the police is really peaceful, for couples are perfect. They don’t sell food sou you have to go to the restaurants close by. It is perfect. You can go for party to costeño beach that is like 2 minutes walking and come back to the peace of the hotel . The room are bungalows made of wood so it is beautiful. The sea is strong but if you know how to swim there is not problem. I did .
