Food in the pub was fabulous we ate there both nights and there was a great and varied selection on the menu. Room was very comfortable and very clean and toiletries smelt amazing! Very friendly staff and manager. Proper pub food in a nice restaurant room and local busy bar next to it. Very good atmosphere overall.

The George Inn in Castleton provides adults-only accommodation with a restaurant, a bar and a terrace. The accommodation offers evening entertainment and free WiFi throughout the property. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Charming, cozy atmosphere, both in the pub and in the room. Walk downstairs for your big, delicious, free breakfast. Then walk outside and enjoy the inn's convenient location in this lovely town surrounded by beautiful scenery. All that for a good price.

The Barrel Inn is a wonderful find. Interesting historic building beautifully maintained and decorated. Lovely warm welcome from the friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food and a very comfortable and warm room. Altogether fully recommended.

Very welcoming and helpful waitress on arrival and for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and freshly cooked.

Featuring free WiFi in public areas, The Lamb Inn offers accommodation in Chinley, 25 km from Manchester. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. Fabulous room, amazing breakfast, good dinner, extremly kind staff! I wouldn't exchange this for any other location! Thank you!

Devonshire Arms at Pilsley - Chatsworth is located on the Chatsworth Estate, which is owned by the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. Charming and comfy and excellent food, couldn’t ask for a more lovely couple of days. We even walked to Chatsworth for the day, stopping to converse with the “locals” (sheep) Simply a Lovely place to stay.

Around 12 miles from Sheffield, in the heart of the Peak District, The Plough Inn in Hathersage is a 16th-century inn in Derbyshire. It has a cosy bar and restaurant and offers free parking and Wi-Fi.... Fantastic location just far enough outside the town to avoid the crowds but close enough to walk.
