The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and staff actually took us to our room. There are only 5 rooms and nobody was noisy. The pub has excellent food and many people who were eating at dogs which were all well behaved. The bathrooms are remodeled, and breakfast is brought to your room. Good parking behind the Bull's Head.

The room clean and comfortable. We had light breakfasts but there was a variety and the cooked breakfasts looked good as well. The food in the pub was good, home cooked and again a variety to choose from. Would stay there again.

The George Inn in Castleton provides adults-only accommodation with a restaurant, a bar and a terrace. The accommodation offers evening entertainment and free WiFi throughout the property. Lovely room, nice food, helpful staff Highly recommend

The food was absolutely fantastic. Dinner especially was of a very high standard and was honestly one of the best meals that I've ever eaten. Breakfast too was of a very high standard. Our room was large and comfortable and the bathroom equally so.

Devonshire Arms at Pilsley - Chatsworth is located on the Chatsworth Estate, which is owned by the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The place itself and the atmosphere are absolutely stunning

Around 12 miles from Sheffield, in the heart of the Peak District, The Plough Inn in Hathersage is a 16th-century inn in Derbyshire. It has a cosy bar and restaurant and offers free parking and Wi-Fi.... This hotel was excellent! It's quite expensive, but I stayed here for a backpacking trip around the peak district. The staff was accommodating to what I was here for, they were very excited for me and took great care of everything. The room is as you would expect, the bed was acceptable, pillows are always questionable in hotels, and the bathroom was excellent. I can't justify fully the cost that it was, but in the area, this was the best option due to the price and the fact that the hiking trail started just in front of the pub. Their food was excellent as well, I had lunch after I finished and the staff was as helpful and even asked me how the hike and camping went. If I have hiking trails in the vicinity again I'd stay here for sure.
