The room was clean and everything you needed. View was amazing. Staff were lovely. Had lunch and evening meal and it was exceptional (I recommend the fish and chips). Breakfast was best I have ever come across when staying away. They made my dog welcome even gave her a sausage for breakfast. I will definitely recommend staying there and I will be returning in the future.

The ship inn's location/accommodation/gardens and breakfast was excellent, couldn't ask for nicer,such welcoming hosts my wife and I felt like we were part of the furniture and most certainly will be coming back again 😃

Aia, ühise puhkeruumi, restorani ja baariga Derwent Arms asub Edmondbyersis. Kohapeal on concierge ja grillimisvõimalus. Everything!! Room was spacious, bathroom was big - water got & excellent pressure. Food was amazing. Lots of choices for breakfast. Staff were fabulous.
