Offering views of the Sierra, Mundo Nuevo Eco Lodge ( 2.2 km and 400 meters uphill Minca) is set in an organic farm with a vegetarian restaurant (one menu) with mainly dishes with fruits and vegetable... The staff is the best and amazing!! The workers take care me so well! Cant be better. They even give me milk while it was not in menu! Great service.

With macaws flying over head, howler monkeys calling in the morning, capuchin monkeys flying through the trees and a sleeping sloth over the path await you but you have to earn it! A not to be missed highlight is the early morning hike to the Mirador- it's stunning! The trail to get here can be demanding but Sebastian or Jose will help you and it will be worth your effort.

The rooms are simple but very well constructed and I slept like a baby. Even though the first night we were subjected to quite a strong storm hitting the coast. The hearty and diligent service they provide from the delicious meals to logistical help and anything one might need is beyond words. Truly a pearl in this most beautiful part of the world. Inside Tayrona Park, 33 km from Santa Marta, Ecohotel Yachay Tayrona dentro del Parque Tayrona features a terrace and views of the mountain. Guests can enjoy the gourmet restaurant. Angel and Ana were amazing, very dedicated and friendly staff. They made our stay even better. The location right in the park is great to reach the beaches by foot or get the bus after the entrance to get to them. The view on the jungle and room + facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious. We were staying at the mirador hotel in the park before and we had to change because of the poor quality of everything and the absence of wifi. We were glad to find Yachai even if we had to add a little more money to stay there. It was really worth it.
