Offering views of the Sierra, Mundo Nuevo Eco Lodge ( 2.2 km and 400 meters uphill Minca) is set in an organic farm with a vegetarian restaurant (one menu) with mainly dishes with fruits and vegetable... Everything went well. Even better than expected. I booked a room for myself, and it was a bit small but very comfortable, well decorated and clean. The staff is extremely friendly (despite not speaking English, or very little) and smiley. They remember everyone’s name. The food is good, not incredible, but good and they serve a proper amount that fills you. The travelers I met were also quite nice. The location itself is ideal, you have a splendid scenic view, sunsets every nights (not as good as in Bali tho…but still nice). The surroundings are gorgeous and the activities are great. Beware: Bring mosquito repellent (the whole region is like that), be ready for a bumpy ride to reach the hotel

Mirador Playa Cristal Tayrona has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Santa Marta. It's an absolutely amazing place for relaxing. The most beautiful view I every saw and the hosts are very friendly and exceptionally nice. You can discover other lonely bays and seeing a lot of colorful fish. I recommend it.

Situated in Santa Marta, 800 metres from Los Naranjos Beach, Cabaña Wiwa Tayrona features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Señora Catarina and Señor Robinson were so kind and heartful. We felt home from the very beginning. The garden is magic and we were allowed to pick fruits out of it for eating. We could also use the kitchen sometimes. The place is very peaceful and close to the beach and the river. The street is a little bit noisy but all the animal sounds let it go in the background. The breakfast was amazing! We did a walk with señor Robinson and he explained us a few things about Tayrona and the surroundings. A nice view into the real Columbian life. Thanks for everything!

Coffee House Minca has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Minca. My room at Coffee House Minca was very clean, and almost brand new. It is located close enough to cafes and restaurants to walk within a minute or so, but also very quiet at night. Breakfast is delicious!

Set in Aracataca, Casa Turística Realismo Mágico features a garden, terrace, restaurant, and free WiFi throughout the property. Unfortunately the day we were supposed to go the road was closed and we couldn't get there :(

Inside Tayrona Park, 33 km from Santa Marta, Ecohotel Yachay Tayrona dentro del Parque Tayrona features a terrace and views of the mountain. Guests can enjoy the gourmet restaurant. Food was delicious! Place is beautiful and Dairo the host was very accommodating, professional and friendly. The whole staff were great! We loved our staying and we added this place in our list to come back!!
