This is a beautifully situated place where you feel at home. The entire property is beautifully designed, and every detail is exquisite. The staff is very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make this place even more special. There are various activities and services that you can easily book at the reception. All the food is delicious, and there is a great atmosphere in the dining area.

Hostal Paraíso Tayrona Kogui is located in Santa Marta, 700 metres from Castilletes Beach and 36 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. Sometimes you come to a place and you feel connection right away. Right from the long stair walk and a wooden bridge you realize that this people love their place and the nature around it. They really put their hearts in what they are doing. The place is lost in the mountain. For me was very impacting that the houses to sleep are built by 3 brothers with their own hands using nature friendly technology meaning no trees cutted only fallen woods and vines, they conserved true Cogui architecture that makes your stay really magical. Houses are comfortable with private bathroom each. Surprisingly No mosquitos in the room. Wild animals are your neighbors sometimes they show up, we managed to see fox, sloth, monkeys and we hear the roar from the jungle from time to time=). My family felt very welcomed here (my mother and 2 children). We ended up staying for 4 days and children had lots of fun exploring the nature and learning about Tayronas culture and see real artifacts the owners keep. The food is freshly cooked very tasty ... papaya right from the tree absolutely organic, water from the mountain stream that is portable. You feel very peaceful in this place. This is the perfect place to connect with the nature and enjoy the Tayrona park long walks. Location is close to the park ticket office. Down the mountain you have a small bus 5000COP that brings you to the walking tracks entrance ("Parqueadero" for vans and horses=) and a wild beach that is relatively in a short walking distance, very beautiful. We are happy we met this nice hosts who managed to pass us a spirit of their land and Tayrona culture. For us it was a great experience!

Mirador Playa Cristal Tayrona has a garden, private beach area, a terrace and restaurant in Santa Marta. Featuring a bar, the property is located within 1.5 km of Playa Neguanje. First of all: This place does exist! I wasn't super confident until we arrived since I could only find evidence of it on Booking, but it is real! Absolutely beautiful location. Feels very special and Naydu and Ivan made sure we had everything we needed to really enjoy our time there. The food is GREAT (eat every meal at Mirador and NOT down by the beach where it is bad, more expensive, and most likely gave me food poisoning). I sadly came down with food poisoning before I could eat anything at the restaurant (I was already vomiting before I ate or drank anything here). I sadly had to sit and watch my boyfriend eat his amazing-looking food while I just drank lots of water and juice. We brought our own snorkeling gear, but there is a place to rent them at the beach as well. Being able to walk down to the beach and snorkel through the reefs was amazing. Beautiful water with great visibility. When I felt better the second night we went out on a sunset boat ride and snorkel with Ivan and Naydu and it was a great way to really take in the location. I think this place attracts people with a sense of adventure and we joined together for dinner one night with the other people staying (either in tents or the other room) and had a wonderful time learning about other cultures and their travel adventures.

Located in Santa Marta, 47 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, Casa Kwalama provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. I would recommend everyone to stay here! Clean, well-equipped and perfectly located to visit Tayrona National Park. The patio (with hammock!) looks out over the beautiful garden and river. We saw many hummingbirds as we were having our breakfast. Above all: Jorge is a really wonderful host!

Very clean room, great, friendly staff (we had to leave at 6:30am so she prepared breakfast for is at 6am already), convenient location.

The Ecohotel Yachay Tayrona is located within the Tayrona National Natural Park 33 km from Santa Marta, offers a terrace and mountain views with a direct encounter with the nature. It was great! I got a room with an amazing view the staff was very nice and helpful, the food was very tasty... A great stay! There's even a jacuzzi! Amazing place, and not only for the middle of the forest:)

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of garden, Casa D'mer Taganga is set in Taganga, 300 metres from Playa de Taganga. It was exactly as described and better. Super relaxing. The 2nd floor deck/terrace is so comfortable with chairs tables, rocking chairs a couple of hammocks and even a couple of BBQs if you fancy buying fish from the fisherman maybe 100meters away. Will definitely return. Oh, we got the base room no a/c but with 2 stand up type fans. Slept well. Quite.

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of river, Deep Forest Posadas Ecoturisticas is situated in El Zaino, 3 km from Castilletes Beach. Really clean and comfortable. Host was very friendly and helpful - really recommended staying before or after you come back from Tayrona park
