This is a peaceful & cosy newly renovated Apartment with brand new furnishings through out. The lay out consists of a modern open plan lounge and kitchen which makes it great for socialising, with views from the windows over the roof tops & the square gardens located to the front of the property. Through the hallway it has a bright & spacious bedroom with plenty of storage and a double bed. A modern bathroom with a bath tub and over head shower. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

This newly renovated spacious Apartment is located on the North side of Scarborough just a 2 minute walk to the cliff tops of the North Bay which boast spectacular views over the beach and castle, 5 minute walk to the beach & Peasholm Park & a 10 minute walk to Town centre. The property is set on a nice and safe square which has gardens, grassed area and benches. Getting around There is free parking around the square out the front of the property. There is bus stops located 2 minutes away which run to various locations in and around the town. Scarborough train station is just a 15 minute walk away.
