A really stylish traditional and understated hotel.
Staff really pleasant and helpful. Location very central yet quiet. Because of the set up, one was able to come and go randomly.

Great location on site, great view, and being the end unit with decking to the front and side, meant we had plenty of options to sit in the sun and relax
Filey is beautiful, great for kids all ages and adults.
Filey is beautiful, great for kids all ages and adults. So much to do, i have holidayed here once a year since I was little with my grandma and now I take my two young girls.
Mini golf on the seafront and the glen gardens is a must and a visit to the egg and spoon for a lovely breakfast or lunch

We really enjoyed the break and the amenities in the local area with the majority dog friendly, downside, we would have liked an outdoor seating area but that's down to the accommodation we booked, also the decent down to the beach is rather steep, although we knew that before we went, would we go again, probably but needs some investment as the property we stayed in was tired and is in need of freshen up.

Filey is an un-spoiled sea side result with miles of sand, not pebbly. There are some fantastic pubs and restaurants and there is a regular bus service to Bridlngton and Scarborough - also has a train station.

Filey is a little treasure.
Filey is a little treasure. It's not as well known as Scarborough or Bridlington and that's a good thing! The beach is immaculate and has plenty of room to stretch out on. The town centre is a little tiny and, to be honest, there's not a vast amount to do there other than eat, drink and use the beach although there are some good eateries and bars around. We found Benny's Bar and Grill this time and ate there both nights. Their steaks are fabulous! We also like the White Lodge Hotel for its garden bar, too. A rainy few days there, without a car, could be depressing, mind, I'd have thought, but welcome to the British summer! If you're looking for a few days in a peaceful, pretty little area on the east coast, and you're mobile, it's a lovely place.

Lovely resort. No funfair!
Lovely resort. No funfair! Nice promenade along lovely beach, with pleasant gardens alongside. Two Country parks within walking distance so ideal for those with young children. Ideal spot for walkers as along a coastal path and within easy reach of Bempton Cliffs, Flamborough Head, Scarborough and Bridlington.
Quiet, spotless, comfy bed, had everything we needed, excellent parking right outside for 2 cars.. 35 minute walk to Filey on the lovely beach. Onsite pub. Everything was perfect apart from the weather didn't always do it's best but rain was mostly at night 😎 going to Bridlington and Scarborough was nice. Scarborough boating lake was fun and bridlington beach was nice.
The best surprise for our first visit to this complex. We have been to Filey many times with the kids but this was one of the best trips and was due to this beach house. So comfy, cozy, warm has all the mod cons we took things we didn’t need too as everything is provided for you, accept food. The dog bed, toys and bowels is a brilliant touch.
The location is close to a beach but a long walk from the town of Filey. You have to drive to other shops/restaurants. It's very quiet though and peaceful out of season.
