Though not centrally located, the peaceful neighborhood is perfect for a relaxing stay, and tuk-tuks to the city center are easily available.

Home From Home guest house has 3 bedrooms which are available for booking and each bedroom has air conditioning and includes a private attached bathroom with hot and cold water shower facilities. Nice big rooms with great hosts and cute puppy dogs. Very clean, quiet, and chilled atmosphere. The welcoming hosts, Sam and Steff, will take care of you extremely well. They cooked for us, we drank some beer together, put an extra bed for my brother in the room and will show you around the city, if you like.

Located in the suburbs of Colombo city, 55TG Boutique Suites offers an authentic home stay experience in a two story 1920's period house with a garden, outdoor pavilion, living room and a lounge. Beautiful clean room. Staff were delightful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious (had both Sri Lankan and non Sri Lankan options). A bit out of town but we thought absolutely worth it. Would stay again. Loved it and didn't want to leave!

Nastanitev House of sincerity je 11 km od znamenitosti Železniška postaja Bambalapitiya in nudi vrt, teraso ter skupno kuhinjo. Akhil's warm welcome and his help in finding everything I needed. What's more, it's rare to find accommodation with a fully equipped room: a kitchen and private bathroom. Also the peaceful terrace with a beautiful sunset in the evening is really nice 🙂 I recommend this establishment 100% and I will return without hesitation!

If you’re new in town, and want a feel of cozy, Lankan hospitality and a feel of home but with your own space and privacy - this is ideal. Vishwa is great with any help you might need with recommendations or basic advise. Friendly staff to help with bags or walking in and out. Clean, safe, and no issues for a young woman alone in town for a few days - I couldn’t recommend a better place or better people.

Nastanitev Highbury Colombo je od znamenitosti Plaža Milagiriya oddaljena 15 min hoje in ponuja restavracijo, vrt, skupni prostor za druženje ter teraso. I had a wonderful stay at this little boutique hotel. It is an oasis of calm in an otherwise bustling city. The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated with many local touches. The hotel serves delicious home cooked food. I had the Sri Lankan breakfast during my stay and can highly recommend it. Overall, staying at the Highbury Hotel felt like staying in a beautiful and welcoming Sri Lankan home. I will surely be back when I return to Colombo next!
