Featuring city views, Geoffrey Bawa's Home Number 11 provides accommodation with a balcony, around 1 km from Bambalapitiya Beach. Everything! This was on my bucket list for a very long time. Spending a night in the very house that the legend Geoffrey Bawa lived & worked was in itself a moving experience. Beautifully maintained by the trust. Every corner, every piece of furniture & art has a story to tell. Staff is wonderful & breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to return to Colombo & stay here again.

Villa 53 is located in Battaramulla and features a saltwater pool and pool views. This homestay provides free private parking and free shuttle service. Facilities were superb. Hosts were so friendly and helpful, chatted with them and became friends. Pool was amazing, room was so spacious with a great bed and bathroom. Breakfasts were fantastic, freshly made Sri Lankan food and fruit.

Nice big rooms with great hosts and cute puppy dogs. Very clean, quiet, and chilled atmosphere. The welcoming hosts, Sam and Steff, will take care of you extremely well. They cooked for us, we drank some beer together, put an extra bed for my brother in the room and will show you around the city, if you like.

Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the manager. Nice location near the sea but closer to many attractions of Colombo city. Quite and calm. Good choice of meals. Clean and well arranged rooms. Would stay again
