It's located about 30min by bus from central Colombo but it's a quiet area. Lovely house and amazing family! But don't ask her about the buses 🤣🤣 kidding. Thank you so much for everything again. Villa 53 is located in Battaramulla and features a saltwater pool and pool views. This homestay provides free private parking and free shuttle service. Everything was wonderful! After long travels, nothing better than an incredibly warm welcome and amazing hospitality during our stay. We truly enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast and great company. Although our stay was short, we would definitely go back if we're back in Sri Lanka. Sriyantha and Champi are exceptional hosts!

I could not be happier with the choice to stay here for a little over two weeks as I got my bearings back in Sri Lanka at the start of a long trip for research and work. Sameera has been extraordinarily hospitable, kind, and attentive. More than this, however, he has become my friend. Most nights we hang out on the beautiful deck he has built, drinking a few beers and watching the sun set while sharing stories about our lives and families. I've met many of his local friends, too, and through my time here have come to feel not only completely welcome, but like I belong. If you want a really comfortable place to stay, with well-maintained facilities, consider staying here. But if you want to really get to know folks in the local community and build meaningful connections and amazing memories, DEFINITELY, this is the place for you. I'll be back, for sure.

Located in the suburbs of Colombo city, 55TG Boutique Suites offers an authentic home stay experience in a two story 1920's period house with a garden, outdoor pavilion, living room and a lounge. Beautiful clean room. Staff were delightful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious (had both Sri Lankan and non Sri Lankan options). A bit out of town but we thought absolutely worth it. Would stay again. Loved it and didn't want to leave!

Funky common area to hang around in with a good little kitchen area.. the room had great AC, was very clean. I loved the bathrobe, very nice touch. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. They had great recommendations for local food places, train station and even dropped me off nearby. Lovely stay

This place is really nice and cozy, the view is great. It is located right near the sea. We also liked the pool on the roof. The host is very friendly, we left 1 hour later, but he didn’t say a word and was very kind to us. The were all the facilities we needed and the room smelled good. Recommend to stay in Beach Symphony
