200 metres from Kumanokodo Nakahechi Museum of Art, 民宿 和合 Minshuku WAGO is a recently renovated property set in Tanabe and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Ike was responsive to our questions before we arrived and helped us plan our next day's Kumano hiking itinerary based on the weather forecast. The dinner at Ike's minshuku was super tasty, we had a really good time eating and watching Ike make okonomiyaki (really good with lots of veggies which we missed in Japan). Definitely recommend getting the dinner/breakfast/lunch package, made our day after a long day's hike!

I love the whole set. We are traveling with my family and friends family. It is such a good fit. Super friendly host and provided us very useful advise on restaurant etc. free parking any way we enjoyed the entire stay wish to stay longer especially kids love the play room.

The best place we stayed during our trip in Japan. The owner was so nice, he picked us up and drove us to the station again when we had to leave. The inn is great. Very comfortable, clean, spacious. Very quiet and nice area. The owners thought of everything. The free bikes were also nice.
